Very responsive to a weekend call on an hot August day! They were here within an hour of my request for service. Our technician, Robert, was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I am so thankful for your help! I’ll recommend you to everyone I know.

Cliff and Jerry arrived and solved our clogged drain quickly and efficiently. I observed them working and they answered all my questions about what and why they were doing. Very professional yet friendly too.

After having problems with my oven for over a year and multiple service calls, I contacted Hightower, to determine if the issue was my electrical system or the oven. Deno, Hightower's electrician, was courteous, knowledgeable and determined the issue was the oven. I then contacted the appliance company and they will replace my oven at no cost. Thank you Deno and Hightower! You will now be my first call with any future electrical issues.
