I called in and spoke with a lady named Rachel she was so rude and not helpful. She. Couldn’t get me an appointment until next week e em though my AC is completely out. Rachel had a rude tone and unprofessional. My house is hot and she was no help at all

First time customer. Josh arrived on time and got us running smoothly in no time. Was super honest and corrected a few errors made by a previous repair company. Won over a new customer!

Good experience. Fixed my uneven temperature with dampers. Both technicians were courteous.
