Christmas Air

I am so incredibly grateful for Christmas Air! This is the 2nd time we have used them and both experiences have been stellar!! Two different techs, both so nice and professional! And they answered the phone on July 4th!!! I can’t give enough positive feedback, they are truly the best.

Had them install a new unit 5 years ago and recently signed up for the membership.. Signed late last week and they came out this am on time and professionally went through everything, changed filters, tested and all clear. Would defiantly recommend Christmas Air

Christmas Air just installed all new duct work at my house. I wish I had before and after photos but HOLY COW what a difference! They were ontime and knocked out the job in less that 4 hours. Fantastic work and would HIGHLY recommend for any HVAC needs!

Called about ac condenser motor noise. Arrival time was excellent. Tech was nice. Stood with hand on the unit and talked for 15 minutes with me about what I know, heard and did to try and fix the issue before calling. “Sounds like you need a new motor”. The sound was not happening at the time of the service call. We talked about the oil in the motor during preventative service calls and the tech said “I don’t even have any oil on my truck, just WD-40”. Tech left without doing anything. Not even looked at the unit or pretended to do anything. Waste of time and money. Don’t bother calling this company unless you just want to replace something and I don’t even know if that was the answer to the problem. All I know is I don’t have air and a service person was here an hour earlier.

We had our AC unit serviced. It was not cooling properly. The tech said he would need to run a diagnostic for an additional cost. After further investigation, he found a clogged drain that didn’t require additional cost. Very honest and caring business!

Our technician was on schedule and was very professional and knowledgeable. The AC/Heating system maintenance rates were reasonable. I use Christmas because they are honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Christmas to everyone.

They came out and fixed the issue ,didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need! I Appreciate the honesty. I had another company to come out yesterday and quote me between 5000 and 11,000$ to fix it! They added some freeon and I'm back up and running. Thanks for saving the day Christmas air!

Our A/C compressor went out, and Christmas Air had techs out to look at it early the next morning. Needed a full AC replacement and they were honest, transparent, and professional. Got multiple quotes and Christmas’ prices can’t be beat. The entire process was phenomenal! They definitely gained a permanent customer for any future maintenance.

Christmas Air has fixed my unit twice. Each time they have been absolutely great! Getting ready to replace my whole unit and I will definitely use this company for that replacement. Thank you!

We had our A/C and heater installed a few years back and the customer service from day one has been top notch. Anytime I call them for anything they always answer my questions and are extremely helpful. I definitely recommend Christmas Air for all of your A/C needs!
