Veery thorough, flexible, and finished job quickly when we had no A/C at all. Good value as well, as they install American Standard products which are of high quality. Cleaned out drain line that previous contractor said was not plugged and was not draining through primary drain due to a different issue. Followed up to check operation of new system. Very polite and knowledgeable employees all around.

We had Christmas Air out to fix an issue with air distribution in our home. Kanon came to the house and was excellent. He spent the time troubleshooting and provided various solutions for us to try. We will continue to highly recommend Christmas Air for maintenance and service calls.

Christmas Air is trustworthy and reliable. I had them visit this year for maintenance on our HVAC system. I Sent in a online request at 9pm and received a call at 7am with an appointment time same day. The technician took his time and did a thorough inspection and then gave me options. The information was not overwhelming and he answered all my questions. I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company that is helpful and affordable.

Our downstairs AC went out last week. Christmas Air was able to get us scheduled for an appt sooner than any other company in the area. They came out on a Monday, discovered our condenser needed to be completely replaced. They were able to get us into their schedule the next day to replace it, and then sent their team the following day for a quality check to make sure everything was working properly. All of this was done for a great price, and we appreciate the amazing service!

They are a responsive and extremely thorough. The service person was extremely professional and helpful. Great company!
