Christmas Air

The service itself was great but we were not aware when they completed they left the system on with our very old downstairs AC unit set on permanent hold at 66 and upstairs at 72. We had to leave right after they completed and just returned to find our old unit has been on full blast for several hours and the house is freezing. We were not told the units were left on and assumed they were returned to the off position they were found in. Between the cost of energy and the age of this unit, that was extremely frustrating.

I had another company come out and tell me my compressor was bad and I needed a whole new unit! I called Christmas Air to look at it without mentioning the other company, the Tech came out and Had my unit running in 10min!!! Turned out the Hard Start was all that was bad. Thank You Christmas Air and Josh you saved us from getting ripped off!

The tech team from Christmas Air was very thorough and patient in answering my questions about the new system. When they were finished they gave me a thorough briefing and walked me through everything they had installed. They also cleaned up any debris and material in the workspace. In addition they sent a quality control technician the next day to make sure everything was completed to specifications and to out satisfaction. I highly recommend Christmas Air for service, satisfaction and price.

Josh was able to come out quickly and fix the problem. We are cool again! Christmas Air has been consistently responsive and easy to work with.

Sat morning call on a low cooling unit. Tech was there withing 4 hours. Just needed a top off. Super fair and honest and great communication.

We’ve used Christmas several times. They are always quick to respond. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage and sell us on something we don’t need. They most recently came and replaced our HVAC system. We got a fair price. They were professional. They were great at protecting our house and keeping it clean. When they were finished they cleaned up and it’s like they weren’t even there. They showed me everything they did when they were done. Everything is working great. We really appreciate their service and will continue using Christmas in the future.
