it was single digits in dallas and my furnace wasn’t heating the house effectively. it was 12/23 and they got a guy out to the house within 24 hours even with the impending holiday. always knowledgeable and professional. i would highly recommend Jake and team for all your heating and cooling needs!

Honest recommendation! Very thorough work! Excellent customer service!! I got an appointment the next day after reaching out to Christmas Air, but I was also put on the waiting list for same day service since we have a 6 days old baby. They were able to work me in between jobs for same day service!! Dustin did an amazing job!!! I would definitely use them again and will be recommending them to people I know!!!

The guys were friendly and professional. They replaced my AC condensation line (in the attic & very difficult to get to) with great care to ensure no damage to the extensive ductwork. Thanks!

Front office or whoever sends out reminders really needs to stop dropping the ball. I have asked them multiple times to contact me not my landlord about scheduling reminders/ notifications and this last time they came early without my consent. Get it together.
