I've used Dale's since we moved to the Chattanooga area, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Their professionalism, honesty, and quality of work is top-notch! They have maintained my two HVAC units, including a full install of a new system, and the quality of the install stands-apart from others in the area. They may not be the cheapest, but they are one of the best!
I am probably wasting my time because it appears that Dale's deletes all negative reviews, but I will try to warn others anyway. We found Dale's to be very unprofessional. We had hoped to install a Lennox unit in our recently purchased condo. Our first appointment with a tech was cancelled at the last minute due to "an emergency." We were rescheduled for the earliest appointment 4 days later. We waited and waited. Finally received a call (again from the receptionist because apparently she has to do all the difficult tasks). We were informed the tech came out and saw that the condo unit is 7 stories high and decided they couldn't do it. Dale's recommended some other HVAC companies but not Lennox dealers. Lennox are you listening? The condo has elevators that access all but one story of the building. Dale's has come out to service other units in our complex. He is the only Lennox dealer; the others near us are in a neighboring state and won't travel over state lines. What is really aggravating is that Dale's didn't even respect us enough to discuss the situation with us. The techs never tried to talk to us; we got a scripted statement from office personnel. So, if you have an easy fix--Dale is your guy but if you expect professionalism in all situations--forget it.
Andrew was thorough and very helpful. It was clear that he had our best interest at heart, not just interested in selling us services and products we didn't need. I was very impressed.
While Andrew was performing our semi-annual inspection on our central heat and air unit he noticed that the heat exchanger had many rust spots and said that this was a problem. It might last another day or another year. Less than 48 hours later the unit failed and we had no heat. The forecast was for temps in the 20's at night and the 40's in the day. Since intense shivering is not one of my favorite activities I immediately got back with Andrew and purchased a new 3-ton Carrier unit. Andrew really went out of the way that very day (Thursday) to rearrange the schedule of his installers and had the distributer deliver this new unit to Dale's the same day (Thursday). The Installers were here early on Friday morning and had the heat back on in just four hours. This was truly an A-team performance from top to bottom. From the time I talked with Andrew about the failed unit until the new one was installed and running was only 29 hours. They proved their dedication to their customers is at the highest levels. If you want a truly good experience with a top notch professional business - you don't have to look any further than Dales.
The experience with Dale's was very good. The service from the returned calls on a weekend to the technician (Aaron) being timely and thorough was appreciated. The only reason for a 4 star rating is one wire was missed when hooking the unit back up and my house was 50 degrees when I woke the following morning of the appointment. That being said Dales responded in a professional and timely manner the same day and sent a tech out to repair the wire free of charge. I will use them again.
We an emergency on Christmas eve and the heat wasn't running .. breaker kept tripping... Rodrigo was prompt with returning our call and came out and checked out our system turned out to be a incorrectly installed breaker but he was courteous and we appreciate it A+
Excellent service on first visit by Derrick. What an asset to your company. Kudos to the install group that put in our new gas pack and thermostat. They were very professional. It was a very smooth and quick install. Definitely will become the only HVAC company we will ever use.
He was quick to diagnose the issue and knowledgeable on possible solutions. There were several options in different price points so that was very nice. The replacement was done quickly too! Very happy all around.
