We had our propane heating system go out. Dales replaced the parts under warranty and worked with us on a price that was more than fair. Other than having the system in our house, I've never had to deal with Dales directly on service. I'm so impressed and can highly recommend them. Their whole team was excellent to work with. Thank you!

Our Air conditioner went out, late August. The first firm we contacted was unable to guarantee their work on our Carrier system, which did not keep them from charging us for the inspection. On to Dale's; and the bad news that the necessary part would have to be shipped from far away, that installation would involve refashioning the main duct line, the cooling coil unit having grown by two inches since my system was installed nine years ago.
But after another conversation with Rodrigo, he tried the warehouse again, and what do you know, they had a part after all. He came over that afternoon, stayed late (on a Friday), and got the job done to our complete satisfaction. Thank you again, Rodrigo!

On time, will call ahead if running late or early, very courteous and professional. Very thorough in their maintenance checks. Probably not the cheapest but provide good quality at a fair price.

We've been using Dales since 2009. Never had a bad experience, and in fact, our most recent experience with Rodrigo was excellent. He explained what he was doing and why, offered options and didn't try to upsell when I made my choice. I was busy at the time doing my OWN work, so I paid for the service, asked him to knock on the door if there were any unforeseen problems, and I heard nothing until he got in his truck and went on the his next call. Highly recommended, and ask for Rodrigo if he's available.

Rodrigo was our service technician. He was very professional. He answered all our questions. He gave us several cost effective options that fit our budget. He was prompt and on time for the appointment. He is a true asset to your company.

Dependable service by polite people--as usual from Dale's. Phone call in advance to inform me that technician is on the way for service. Curtis arrived as scheduled, checked HVAC system from head to toe, explained that all is well with system's operation, and left us with an additional sense of comfort because Dale's reassured us that the system is working properly. We stick with Dale's because we trust them to keep our HVAC system working properly, and they've never disappointed.

I am so glad we called Dale’s! We have had problems with our systems for years now. We dealt with 3 other companies. We were sold a “new” unit that was in truth 11 years old. We had our units repaired and it was shoddy work that didn’t last a year. This is the first summer with severe heat wave temperatures we’ve had that our AC is keeping up with only a two degree variation. Before if we set ours at 72 by midday it would be 80 and by sunset 87. So I can recommend Dales I would use them again and I am grateful for them.

UPDATE: Last year it finally gave up the ghost and we had a new unit within days, easy peasy. So it was a no brauner who'd we have back fir maintenance.
We've been using Dale's for many years now. We moved into this house in 2003 when the unit was new. It only had a 5 year warranty and now, it's been 16 years. It is still plugging along beautifully. We've only had to replace worn out or dying parts over the years. The technicians, Jordan and Eric, are extremely polite, explain everything without making me feel like a dummy, keep my floors and yard clean, too. I have never felt like they were trying to upsell me either. They present the needed repair, the possible solutions/costs, and let me make up my mind.....as it should be.

Just a maintenance visit but as usual Dale's tech Aaron was professional, polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I've been using Dale's service for quite few years and have not a bad experience. Keep it up guys and gals!
