I had Dale's Heating and Air come out to give me a quote on repairing my HVAC unit. Derrick was the technician who arrived and he was on time and very professional. The cost for the repair was a little higher than i was expecting, but I was so impressed with Derrick that I decided to have them go ahead and do the repair. To be fair to Dale's, I did not get any other quotes to compare it to, so the price may be right in line with other A/C companies. They had to order the part so the work has not been completed yet and I can not speak to quality. If all their technicians are as professional as Derrick I do not expect to be disappointed.

Aaron was right on time. He got to work quickly and checked the unit . I really appreciated how he put on shoe covers when he came inside. Everything was working well. I'll definitely recommend Dale's to neighbors!!

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Kyle. He was on time (actually a little early) for my scheduled appointment. He did a great job determining the problem with my HVAC unit, and gave me a list of pricing options to choose from depending on how in-depth of a repair I wanted to do. I would definitely recommend Dale's for any HVAC repair needs you encounter.

They diagnosed and fixed a faulty part on our system. Took care of the warranty and got the system up and running quickly. Our Tech Said Selimovic was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. 10/10 would use again.

Derrick Dixon did a great job repairing our heat pump today, March 21st.. He was very professional, explained everything very clearly, and he was very thorough, doubling checking everything to make sure everything was working properly & efficiently. We are well pleased & highly recommend Derrick & Dale's Heating & Air!

Called for service after hours on a Friday and Rodrigo returned my call within a few minutes. He arrived within 30-minutes and immediatley grasped the issue (air handling unit would not shut off). After finding a wiring error that he quickly resolved he stayed to investigate another issue (electric heating elements) that he subsequently repaired. Rodrigo certainly knows his stuff and provided service in a very friendly, responsive, and professional manner. Thumbs Up for Dales Heating and Air!

Their technicians came out next day and did a fantastic job. Customer service was great and they answered all my questions. Will definitely be a returning customer. My wife and I have used Dale's Heating & Air for almost six years. We are very satisfied with their services. They are always prompt to respond to our needs and their technicians are highly trained. Our technician for preventive maintence today was Kyle. He was very professional, thorough, and polite. We will continue to use Dale's for our HVAC needs for many years.
