Every experience I have had with Dales has been great! The technicians always go the extra mile, and in this instance, that was literal! My toddler let the dog out and the tech thought it was his fault and ran after him (we got him eventually) Kyle was professional, friendly, communicative, and on time. We had our unit installed in September and any issue we had was handled promptly and correctly the first time. I’m so glad we chose Dales!

First and most important, was the tech named Derrick. He figured out the root cause problem quickly. I always try to get 3 estimates when potentially expensive work needs to be done, and Dale's was the third company that I called. From now on, Dale's will be the first!!!! This appears to be a well managed company - they answer their phones, they respond quickly and they do what they say. Great job all around, and especially huge kudos to Derrick - great service!

Curtis and Jason came out and did some cleaning and maintenance of my AC unit. They showed up early and were very professional and nice. In fact, every Dale’s employee who visits my house has been great, which is a testament of this company’s good leadership and management. Dale’s heating & air is an excellent company and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Excellent quality work with full disclosure of issues found but no pressure to upsell. Discovered an issue with an earlier installation and repaired at no charge. Additional system cleaning was recommended but can be deferred until later. I have used Dale's for going on five years and will continue to do so as long as service remains as high quality and professional as it has been.

Said Selimovic (the technician) was outstanding. He was extremely thorough, very professional, answered multiple questions, and was very mindful of walking in our house on rainy day as he wore shoe coverings. He verified what we needed done before he started and after completing the job made suggestions to keep our system running at its best without being pushy. I would use Dales again for any future needs without a doubt!

Nice people to work with. Derrick called before arriving and was on time. He went about his business and is obviously a professional. When he was done, he made sure that I understood what he had done. He's a very pleasant person.

Great Service
Aaron did a great job. He looked into the issue and then explained it and gave me options to have the issue fixed. He did not pressure me at all to go with a particular option and was very professional. We will be using Dale's again.

Been using Dale's for almost 8 years for maintenance and have been very happy with their service. I had an issue with our attic unit and they were fast too respond and had me up and running in no time. Our technican was Said Selimovic, he was awesome and talked me through what failed, showed me before and after photos of the failed part and the finished repair is better than the original installation. Highly recommend these guys!

This is the first time I had Dale's Heating & Air to my house. I saw them in the neighborhood yesterday and called for a maintenance check on our heating system. They made the call the next day and the experience was excellent! Without issue or reservation I can 100% recommend Dale's Heating & Air Inc. for your needs. Their technicians are excellent communicators, knowledgeable and very professional. I look forward to them coming back in the Summer to perform the same service on the AC system.

Andrew Tracy has been our HVAC service tech since we moved to this home and is the most thorough and knowledgeable tech I’ve ever experienced. Andrew listens to concerns and and is very patient. And he’s very personal to boot. I wish he could do all of the other routine maintenance that our house requires! He’s worth every penny…and then some.
