These folks have been great! My A/C failed randomly shortly after I moved here, and Dale's was able to fix the issue and identify other oddities left behind by some shoddy work from a previous company (why it broke). I've had them servicing it since as part of their maintenance plan and it's running great.

They got us air when no one else could after a lighting strike. Thank you!! We highly recommend!!

Dale's Heating and Air took our after hours call the Friday before Christmas and came out that very evening to service our heater. They answered our call when other offices were closed. They tried to talk me through troubleshooting steps on the phone before a technician was called to come out. The technician came out and serviced our unit that night. We couldn't be more appreciative for this service and highly recommend them to others. Thank you!!!

The technician was very thorough. He found and fixed several issues before they became a problem and installed additional safeguards into they system to prevent any possible damage.

Best heating and air service in greater Chattanooga area. These folks do you right the first, everytime. Affordable, and fast friendly service. I have my systems cleaned every few months. The tech that comes out always is good conversation, and gets the job done.
