Andrew repaired my A/C and was nice, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I spoke to a couple of different people from the office, and they were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for a job well done to Dale's Heating & Air. My family appreciates you on this hot and humid day!

NIce to have a company who is Professional and does quality work.

Let me start by saying that the service technician and the person I spoke to on the phone at the office we're very polite, communicative, and timely and arriving at the service appointment.

Service technician quickly diagnosed the issue. A small pinhole leak formed causing the freon to leak from the system.

This would typically be a very simple fix, a small braised job on the copper line and recharge the system with freon. The service tech informed me that due to the age of my system they no longer can get that type of freon. He did tell me that there was a replacement that would most likely damage my heat pump but would possibly get me by. He then gave me a quote for $1,600 for the fix that would most likely damage my system.

Well I waited for him to get the quote from the main office I called the local HVAC supply company in town. They informed me that they had 13 jugs of the freon that Dale's heating and air said that I could not get. I asked the service tech about it and he said that Dale's would not install that type of freon.

I called another local HVAC company, they said that they could get to my home and perform the necessary fix with a direct replacement for the freon that would cause no damage to my system for $500.

I have no issue with the service technician that came to my property he was very polite and professional but echoed what the company policy was, so no fault to him. I would highly discourage somebody using Dale's for any type of service work, it seems to me that they are only looking to sell new systems or, service the systems they have already sold.

Prior to my retirement, I used to own and operate a service-oriented business. I know good service when I encounter it. The staff and service technicians at Dale's are exactly the type of people I used to hire: They appreciate the customer and do a fantastic job as well.

We are very pleased with the service that we have received from Dale's Heating and Air. Two people referred us to Dale's. Aaron was our technician. He was very knowledgeable, very thorough, respectful and polite. I asked many questions and he took the time to make sure that I understood how our heat pump was running and what needed to be fixed to take care of the problem. We will definitely use Dale's Heating and Air again. Thank you!

I appreciate the gentleman who worked on our heating and air unit this week. He was able to diagnose the issue real quick and provide me with different options on our repairs. We needed help on a Saturday as our air unit was not working efficiently. We contacted five heating and air companies within and around the Cleveland area but none of them worked on the weekends. But it was lucky for us that they didn't work the weekends because we were fortunate enough to find Jordan available from Dale's Heating and Air.
It was extremely easy to obtain a same-day appointment by placing ourselves on the day's schedule list and was promised a technician would come in the afternoon and sure enough we were cared for by Jordan.
Jordan arrived in a clean business labeled van and was in clean attire/uniform.
His mannerisms and professionalism was ideal. He was sincere and knowledgeable as he gave us a clear picture of why we were unable to have an efficient cooling system, after a variety of tests, and then gave us options to fix the issue and explained each of those options clearly so we can make the best choice for us.
I completely feel comfortable and confident in the work provided by Jordan and therefore in the company Dale's Heating & Air.
This is our first experience with this company and it was a great one! So, I would like to recommend Dale's Heating & Air to my community for their Heating and Cooling needs. Thanks again for all your help Jordan! Our house is now comfortable and cool. High-fives🙌

Rodrigo was really knowledgeable and explained what he did... repair was super easy, and charged me a VERY FAIR amount for the service call! I would use them again... and recommend them!

I needed service of my exterior Air Conditioning unit, but the weather is still cool enough so that it wasn't an urgent call.
The staff made an appointment for just a few hours later, the same day, and called me about 30 minutes in advance of the Technician's arrival that same day. The Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable (and maintained appropriate social distance). He explained the motor that had failed and my options. He located & ordered the replacement parts for my 20+ year old system before he left and explained that the staff would e-mailed me a quote, then schedule him to return when the ordered part arrived. I viewed the quote, that was clear, so there were no surprises. The next day around noon, the staff called and asked if it would be convenient for the Technician to come within about an hour to perform the repair. Again, the Technician worked efficiently and had the system up, operating properly, and completing his testing.

Even in years past, Dales Heating & Air has been a pleasure to have take care of our Heating & A/C needs.
