Showed up on time. Very courteous. Explained problems and needed repairs clearly. Wore shoes covers and cleaned up after themself, respectful of my home.

We've been using Dale's Heating & Air for more than 7 years and the service has been great. We use their Dale's Comfort Club and that has saved us a good bit and we get quick service. We like this service and it has been a big help during emergencies with the AC that have happened. Their service was quick when we needed it.

We've had several technicians over the years and all have been good. They have all be knowledgeable and professional. Andrew Tracey is our latest technician. Tracey has been great telling us about how things are going with our AC/Heater system. He helped us recently with choosing a replacement system just recently. Our AC stopping working well. It was about 30 years old. Andrew and previous technicians had kept it running until it finally just didn't work much despite all efforts to try and extend its life. With Andrew's advice, we bought a new AC/Heater system. It is working great. Thanks Andrew and Dale's Heating & Air.
