Aaron was great. He took the time to properly diagnose fix the problem. He was very accommodating to our sleeping newborn and very friendly to our pets. Definitely worth the call and we'll use them again.

Dale's is a local business that delivers both honesty and quality. Their people are professional, as Rodrigo proved yet again, figuring out how to rewire the zone system so that the new board would communicate correctly with all of the subsystems. I don't recommend many businesses publicly, but this is one I am happy to recommend. They deliver value.

Arrive on time every time. High quality service, polite and knowledgeable techs.

A/C went out after hours, needed a part replaced - tech arrived the next morning with the necessary part (without knowing the issue!) and had me back up and running before noon.

We have had Dale's service our heating and air systems several times over the years and most recently today, 11-30-2022. Once again they have surpassed their reputation of excellence. They repaired an a/c unit in record time. I especially want to point out and applaud Mr. Dale for the quality of the technicians that he has working for him. He also goes above and beyond in customer satisfaction. I also want to compliment Chandler for his excellent work and friendliness.

We got home today and our upstairs air unit was not working. We called Dales and the young lady I talked to told me what to check over the phone and her suggestion worked and 15 minutes later we have cool air coming out of our vents! Dale truly cares for their customers and they put them first. Call Dales!

Will Fix

I pre-paid for semi-annual maintenance, Dales calls to reschedule my normal appointment, they wanted to put it off for a few months, I told them I didn’t like that I wanted my condensers cleaned for the efficiency to be improved for the summer, they refused to make it sooner, I asked them if I called them and didn’t have a maintenance plan and asked them to come out to clean the condensers … would they be able to come out? They answered “yes” so this tells me they don’t appreciate my business being I had already paid for the service but had to wait several months, so I canceled their maintenance plan and ask for my money back.

Derrick was great. He was professional and personable. He was out in the terrible weather working on my unit and was positive the entire time.

One of our two furnaces quit during a cold weather snap, so we knew something had to be done quickly. We were very impressed with the quick and intelligent response to our need for a new HVAC system. Everything from diagnosis through financing was fully and clearly explained, all questions answered, and installation was done in 1-day on the first workday of the following week. We are very pleased with the system and workmanship, and would highly recommend this company.

I was out of town on business and my parents were at house without air which had me very concerned. After trying to get my unit repaired through my Whole Home Warranty company and not getting a response I contacted them and Derrick was able to assess the situation. . Once I decided to replace the unit Derrick repaired it at no charge to hold me over until the new unit could be installed. He checked in on my parents to make sure it was still working and offered another option if it stopped before the repair. Derrick went above and beyond what any service technician would to take care of his customers. During the installation process, they installers were very professional and friendly. I will only work with Dale's from now on for my HVAC needs. I highly recommend them. They are the best! Thanks Derrick!

I called at 8:00 am on Monday and explained my situation and Sandra told me she would have someone out within the hour. Andrew was very friendly and considerate, he put on shoe coverings before entering the house and took them off exiting the house so that when he returned and he put them back on they were clean. He was very knowledgeable and found the problem quickly and actually showed me the parts and why they were bad with full explanation. My unit was up and running within 3 hours from the time I called them. I could not have been more pleased. I would highly recommend this company.
