We love Precision Air! They are always on time. We had a new unit put in last year and they were amazing and helped us through the whole process. We also purchased the maintenance package so we see them often. Very thorough and they are always friendly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Matthew was super helpful and reassuring. Found the problem and fixed it promptly. Appreciate him fitting us into his schedule so quickly!

Jeremy Harris has done the maintenance on our heat pump a few times. He has always been professional and does a great job cleaning the unit inside and out and testing it to make sure it is running correctly. Highly recommend.

Initially things seemed great. However, after the technician came out and left I never heard from them. I had to call them just to get an update on pricing for the part only to find out they hadn't ordered it yet. I was told they hadn't heard back from their vendors. Okay... but why wouldn't you communicate that to me during the coldest time in the last 12 months when my heater is out in my master bedroom and bath. They said they'd get back to me and never did, with the exception of sending me a service invoice. I called the company they said they couldn't get the part for and was off with an order placed inside of 10 minutes. Needless to say, I won't be asking them to come install it. This may be a one off for them based on other reviews, but it was extremely frustrating. Especially because my office set up is in my bedroom and we're in a TN winter storm.

I couldn't believe the prompt and friendly customer service that I received from everyone that i had contact with. Jeremy (the repairman) the HVAC installers and Anthony who walked me through the process of buying a new unit were very knowledgeable, professional and went over and beyond! Thanks to all of you!

Just installed geothermal system at my home with three new geothermal HPs. One never acted quite right and had other co over twice to diagnose the problem with no luck. Then called Precision Air and luckily got Kyle to tackle the diagnosis. He spotted the problem very quickly! Discovered that the pressure valves were faulty which is almost never the case. Now I can get the warranty replacement parts and quit worrying about this defective unit! Thank you Kyle for taking this load off my back.
