    I worked for CSI for 4.5 years before being hired on full-time with the company I am was working within for all those years.
    CSI is a GREAT contract company to work for. No, you don't get raises, because a contract company has to make a contract for what you will be paid and I totally understood that!

    They are one of the very few contract companies that will pay you PTO and holidays after you have worked for them for so many hours... The other contract companies don't necessarily do that. You're also paid weekly which is super nice and you can cash out your PTO if you haven't used it.

    They were always kind and courteous and quick to answer any questions I had. I truly appreciated being an employee. And would recommend them 100%!

    This company's service worker failed to deliver even the most basic level of competence. The worker dispatched to repair our equipment was apparently more interested in milking us for extra money by purposely prolonging the job, given that the company's billing is hourly-based. We advise against utilizing their services, as it would be more cost-effective in the long run to simply purchase new equipment than dealing with this company's subpar repair work. Their lack of professionalism is nothing short of appalling.

    I have used CSI since the Nashville location opened! I have been in the restaurant business for over 26 years and never once had the pleasure of working with a company as well put together as CSI. The techs are well knowledge and prompt with follow up. If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy company look no further! Trust me we have done the service repair shopping for you in middle Tennessee!

    EDIT REVIEW 4/2023- So immediately after I posted this a year ago, Pam the office mgr in Smyrna called and corrected our issue immediately once realized i was unhappy with service. She sent someone out immediately to fix our fryers. They came out after hours on a weekend and fixed our fryer so we wasn’t down causing a delay in customer service. I was billed for after hours but Pam took care of that as well. Not only did the company correct the issue immediately but later executive from company visited numerous times unsuccessfully cause I was off. The company didn’t give up cause they were never were able to get with me due to scheduling issues he was persistent to speak with me and make sure things were corrected. This is suburb customer service and concern for their customers and shows that every customer counts!!!

    Very unprofessional and unorganized
    They have home office in different state making appointments that local office cannot provide. Waited 3 days for a technician only to be told they are on a 4 day wait. Home office Shelly on 9/2 made the appointment for Friday 9/3 at 2pm no one showed. Spoke with another person at home office on 9/1 made appt for 9/2 no one showed that’s when I spoke with Shelly
    When called to question why they are making appointments cannot be met, Shelia told me that she don’t know. Very unprofessional as we could’ve easily contacted someone else if they didn’t or couldn’t come out. Definitely think there needs to be procedures on how to make appts when local office doesn’t answer. We’ve used this business multiple times and most times with no problems. But last few times we have had missed appointments and we had to call to find out why. Just really disappointed in service provided.
