Knowledgeable and all the proper tools. Quick but thorough inspection of all components. Friendly also. Positively impressed. We have an Air Furnace geothermal unit that we really like.

The proposed establishment was higher the the others we have. Jeremy, the technician was absolutely fantastic, professional, courteous, and thorough.

Precision Aire came out to do a semi-annual maintenance check on my HVAC system. The technician, Jesse McKinney, did a thorough inspection and replaced, under warranty, the capacitor in the condenser unit. Explained everything and did a good job. No issues or complaints at all. Highly recommend Precision Aire!

I was brand new customer with A/C out…Precision Air was original installer. Called and they had service tech out same day that afternoon. Adam was very knowledgeable and communicated the problem well…diagnosed problem, recommended fixes both temporary and more permanent…and charged only $90 diagnostic fee. Sent 2 options for system design modifications. VERY pleased with their service.

Our only AC unit stopped working in the middle of a heat wave, on a Saturday. Precision was able to get someone to us later the same day to resolve the issue. Everyone I talked to, from the person who first picked up the phone to the on-site technician, was empathetic and professional. There was an emergency service charge, but it was well worth it under the circumstances. I plan to call Precision when we next need repairs or maintenance.

Jeremy did an excellent job. He was very professional and answered all our questions. We would like for him to do all of our service calls from now on.
