My unit required three visits over about a ten day period. Each tech that came out was very professional, even friendly, and went out of their way to try not to just make a buck, but to do good service and give me the best deal they were able. They work quickly and efficiently, clean up after themselves, and on a lengthy visit done while I was away, you'd never have know they were there except that the unit finally worked correctly again!

Their central office was incredibly patient and helpful as well while I was trying to sort out a warranty issue with the manufacturer. I will happily call up Precision Air any time in the future I have the unfortunate need for their services.
