Matthew was just phenomenal! We have been stressing over our new AC unit and he was the 6th to look at it. He was very professional and highly knowledgeable! He diagnosed the problem and stated he had to return with the parts. We were happy to see they sent him back out to finish the repair! Going forward I am certain we will use Precision and specifically ask for him,, he knows what he's doin for sure!

We called to have our heating repaired. Since we live so far out, it would seem efficient to carry parts that might be needed. But that was not the case, so we have to wait for a second visit. This is not the first time a situation like this has happened. Thankfully the weather has been wonderful. The service tech had to drive 2 1/2 hours to do our work. Again, that doesn’t seem like an efficient use of time. We also have maintenance done on our system twice a year and the charge for this seems very high.

Updated April 2021. Our air went out last summer and Precision Air came out. Told us we needed a compressor for a $5000 job. Got a 2nd opinion. The compressor was fine. So beware

Serviced the AC unit 3 times before we got a new system put in and they did their best under the circumstances of the old unit! However we got a new unit put in, in July and a month later it isn’t working the unit cost over $6000 and we were told the blower went out! The tech stated due to power outages, we have not had any power outages so don’t just make something up say you don’t know! Now it’s been 90 degrees in our home for days and the tech rudely stated he don’t know when the part that is needed will be ordered or fixed! I feel disgusted that after a month we’re having this issue and it’s so hot but they got their money for this faulty supposed to be new unit!
