I'm the owner of the house reviewed by with one star below. The tech and I checked the system and it works perfect. Nothing is rigged and is serviceable. Precision installed the a.c. unit 3 years ago without issue. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is due to the fact that the unit they recommended had the compressor go out and although the part is under warranty the labor still cost me more than I wanted to spend. But, things happen.

I contacted Precision air to check for a leak on my HVAC unit. They were on time, incredibly respectful, and Josh explained everything to me as he was going over the issues he found. They gave me a great quote on pricing and I couldn't give them a better review. I will definitely use them for future needs as they arise.

My water pan for the AC was overflowing. A technician from Precision Air came out and had the blocked pipe quickly cleaned. He kept on repeating that the system was old and would have to be replaced soon.
Ten days after he left, the system froze up and he came out again , defrosted and claimed the coil needed to replaced ($2900) but that it would be better if I got a new system ($7800).
I called another company and only told the second technician that the AC had frozen up. He checked the Freon and noticed that I was low and that there was a leaking valve that was responsible for the low Freon.
He closed the valve, filled the Freon, and the AC has been running fine for two weeks since in the hottest weather.
Best case scenario technician 1 misdiagnosed. Worst case scenario ....?

Follow up - the owner of the company reached out to me after seeing this review and apologized for the experience I had. I left the phone call convinced that he is running and ethical, honest business and is truly dedicated to serving customers. After this conversation I would consider using Precision Air again.

They arrived right on time...serviced unit and added a part. Couldn't be better. You need it done right - call Precision Air. We have groundwater heat pump.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. I did not know how much my family was missing.I am tired of window AC.I was impressed with the friendly, experienced staff. They treated me with
the utmost respect and importance. I would recommend Precision Air to my friends and family .Soo fresh and cool now!!

Precision Air has a great team of experts that are all reliable and trustworthy. They have always been there for us and are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Highly recommend them!

Our A/C downstairs was not working properly, I called Precision Air and they were very polite and responsive. They were able to come assess the issue within 24 hours. They called me the next day to set up a time to come back to do the work to fix what had broken.

A part on the air conditioning unit was leaking and had to be replaced. Precision Air called the manufacturer for that specific part and handled having that exact part replaced. I did not have to do anything other than call and set up the appointment.

Very helpful, if we have any other A/C issues they will be the company I call.

Cannot say enough good about how this company stands behind its work! Precision Air is the place to go in Middle Tennessee for geothermal, for sure! We love the comfort and we REALLY love how economical it is to run, and we REALLY REALLY LOVE the folks who provide our excellent service!

These guys did a great job. I would not have chosen anyone other than Precision Air for our HVAC service. They were on time, worked hard, and always called to update us on the progress. Very friendly to boot!

Coils in my furnace had leaks- called Precision Air and they came out and diagnosed the problem and also repaired it. The coils were under warranty which helped tremendously with the cost. The same tech that diagnosed also came back and repaired. Very friendly and did the work in a timely manner. Even worked around my schedule to get it done!
