Anthony was awesome, I was able to work through a quote with him by sending pictures, they were very competitive but professional and backed by 12 year warranty. Precision Air was recommended to me very highly and I'd recommend the same.

Matthew was very responsive, he was able to complete a thorough inspection of our system and determine the issue. The fix was completed that day, and we did not have to endure days of waiting around for a part to come in.

Austin was wonderful, in and out repair can't complain about that.
The only thing I was taken surprise by was the price, we did a damper actuator motor replacement, the bill was just under $500, I checked online and average price is 200-300, we were charged double for same day repair and I'm wishing we would've shopped around first before calling the number on our hvac.

My entire condo complex converted from gas to electric this summer and I had to replace water heater plus HVAC. I interviewed several companies and Precision Air impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. I have not been disappointed and in fact am 100% satisfied. Tony suggested several options that have proved excellent. The work crew went above and beyond the norm, especially Mike.
I recommend them highly on all counts.

My heat quit working in the middle of the night. Called precision and they sent Austin out who did a great job replacing the blower motor finally getting comfort restored to my house. 10/10 would use this company again.
