Jeff was great. Quickly diagnosed the issue, tested a few solutions and determined what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, pointing out how things worked and what he was doing.

Tried selling me a $868 isolation test without ever checking for what was a simple visual problem. One of they`re competitors saw the problem in the first 2 minutes when they arrived. Stay away.

Highly recommend. Incredible work! They were easy to work with, the best price, and good people. Our HVAC was in major need of being replaced, Precision Air came the next day, gave us quotes, and scheduled us in ASAP. They were extremely helpful with financial options. All around great work. Definitely will be using them for all of our future HVAC maintenance needs.

Marcus was very professional, kind and informative. I have no expertise in this area so I often find it intimidating (and expensive!). Marcus explains things very clearly and confidently. He’s also respectful of your house (wears the booties on his shoes) and works in a timely manner. I was grateful that he returned the 2nd time when I had another issue. It was nice to see a familiar face that I had enjoyed working with previously.
