Overall, Infinity did a great job with my hot water install. I had received a quote from another company out of Memphis that was twice as much. At the time I was just getting estimates. A year later my tank finally quit. I called and Infinity honored the estimate for the previous year. They were able to quickly get me on the list. The team arrived a few minutes early and almost completed the full project in a day. They had to come back to complete some minor items on the outside when he was not raining. On that day, they arrived a few minutes early and completed the job. Everyone was very professional. I have had the product now for a few weeks and it works well.

Joe was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and very professional. He communicated everything perfectly! Infinity is lucky to have him on their team!

Incredible service! Jimmy took my call for a broken AC unit late on a Sunday afternoon, he scheduled an appointment for me at 10am the next day. The technician (Jake), was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was also incredibly thorough in the service work he did on my AC units. As a new Memphis resident, I have absolutely found my AC service company! Would highly recommend!!

Called this morning, was greeted professionally and immediately taken care of. The dispatcher gave me plenty of notice and they arrived same day. They were able to repair both of my systems. Brent Helm was a very personable, knowledgeable, and professional expert. I would strongly recommend them to my friends and family or anyone needing air conditioning services.

Professional work and responsive to the customer. Any issues were promptly addressed. They're aim is to please.

Sadly, very disappointed with the service. Used them a few years back at the 2 different occasions and seemed good. However, had scheduled during the weather changing conditions for an estimate for heating replacement... Had to clear out my day for the appointment several days prior but on the day of the service, just a couple of hours prior received a call, of asking to reschedule! Just like that, very unprofessional! No apology, and the woman receptionist (?) was arrogant and unsupportive. Would not recommend and hope the a/c would work with me not coming back to them. Who does such, as customer's time isn't valuable?!

Posting after "reply", you are missing the point, no need to call, or actually, say called, after the fact! And precisely, the receptionist did say you wouldn't come and asked to reschedule.

We are so pleased with the service we received for our Spring start up. Our Infinity Technician was on time for our appointment, very courteous and professional, and scheduling was quick and easy. The service was very thorough. This is a new company for us and so far everything is just wonderful. We highly recommend Infinity!

Allen and his team were great! He walked my entire ducting system and was the first to discover my cooling problem after several other HVAC companies failed to do so. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing honest and professional HVAC service!

I can not express my gratitude for this company. The owner is an honest man, running an honest business, doing honest work. I'm so thankful that he just happen to comment on my "please help it's hot" (AC went out on a Sunday) facebook post and told me he would squeeze me in. He came the next day when I called to set up a time to get someone out to look at it; literally at my house within 30 minutes of that call. Explained to me in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done. Saved me a ton of money I never even knew I could've saved, because I didn't know my unit was still under warranty; but he did. 🙌 Cleaned her all up, got my part put in, and my AC going. 10/10 would recommend to absolutely anyone who asks me who they should use.

I have used Infinity for years - and Randy Helm (Brent’s Dad) before that. They are awesome. Always show up on time and get the job done. They helped me nurse an old A/C to its death, the replaced it in record time. They also have done my service every year. Always friendly. Always on time. Just good, knowledgeable people.
