Infinity was responsive to me during the recent cold weather. My heat wasn't keeping up with the cold temperature. They smartly prioritized serving customers without any heat, but did not forget to come help me when they caught up with the more critical calls. Turns out it was an incorrect thermostat on the system they previously installed (for the previous owner). They swapped it out and took care of another small related issue while they were here. No charge.

My air went out on a Sunday and I checked Angie's List for repairman. I submitted my info and was looking at the list of companies provided when Infinity called me within just a couple of minutes! I was amazed I heard from someone so fast. Everyone was courteous, professional, and I felt the price was fair. I would highly recommend them!

These guys are great! Each time I've called they act as though they're coming to their own home No lies just honesty all the way! I'm so glad to have found this company you can trust what they tell you and the problem will be fixed when they leave unless there is an act of God like an earthquake or a massive disaster! They teach their customers abou how to maintain their systems so they only show up when needed ! No matter when you call you always feel like a priority! Well Done Guys!!!!!

I had installed a Nest thermostat last fall, but didn't hook up air conditioning. These guys came and told me why. You need 5 wires to use Nest. I only had 4. After trying to run a 5th wire, it was decided to just go with a programmable thermostat. They were very good, and reasonably priced. I appreciated the fact they came the same day as the call. I will definitely use these this company again in the future.

I was amazed at the service I got from Infinity Heating and Air! I am in a trade centered business, so I know many HVAC contractors. I'd heard of Infinity's professionalism and decided to have them service my heating units for the winter.

I AM SO GLAD I DID.

The technician found TWO cracks in my furnace that was causing carbon monoxide to leak out. We had no idea and I can't imagine the what-ifs.

Within 24 hours of the inspection, Infinity Heat and Air (immediately) stopped the flow of dangerous gases into my home, showed me my options on replacing the furnace, got my purchase details in order, installed my new furnace, and took away the old one.

My family is grateful for their detail, professionalism, and service. I will be continuing to choose Infinity.

Get your unit serviced!!!

I've had 4 different service technicians come to the house. All were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We recently had our air conditioner replaced. They arrived on time. They answered all questions. It was properly installed. They cleaned up the attic and outside after completing the work .
No complaints. Highly recommend this company.

Used Infinity Heating and Air in the past; won't use them again!
Watch out for the "capacitor scam" where they tell you the capacitor needs replaced when your unit is working fine. It's one of the easiest, quick fix repairs they can con you on.
This started when Infinity was out for the annual service, no existing problems with my A/C unit and it had cooled great on a few 90-100 degree days.
But...the Infinity Heating and AC tech says the capacitor is "bad". Shame on me, since I could not be home and someone else ok'd the repairs. I've changed capacitors before when they go bad (you'll know, long story short - the compressor shuts off or fan shuts down or won't run)- it's a 5-10 minute job with a part that's about $10-15. It's done on the outdoor unit, the same unit they have the cover off of during a check up call. they were there for, so no additional "labor" for such a phantom repair. Surprise - Infinity Heating and Air charged $150 for the capacitor replacement, plus the cost of the annual maintenance check.
Too bad....good service in the past, but scammed now.
Had I been home, I would have told the Infinity Heating and Air tech to leave my property when he came in with that "diagnosis." Lesson learned.

Edit/update: Spoke with owner who apologized and addressed concerns

After having a major H&A Company tell me that I needed over $500 worth of work on a unit that had just gone out of warranty, and, I might add, that we have a maintenance contract with, I decided I would get a second opinion. So glad I did, I called Infinity Heat and Air Company. The service person, Brett, was here on time and scraped some rust off a burner and was only here for a short time. The cost was $54 !!! I had suspected for awhile that I was not being told the truth and now it has been confirmed! I will always call Infinity for my plumbing and H & A problems. They are honest, reasonable and dependable.

The reason Infinity Heating and Air has so many positive reviews is because they EARN them! I was melting in this heat and Brent was at my house within hours of my call. He fixed the problem immediately and took time to explain the problem. Professional. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. Thank you!
