Infinity Heating And Air Conditioning

I had a complete system put in heating and air the work was done professionally and on time I cannot say enough about how good a job that Allen and his team did I highly recommend to use Infinity Heating and Air . They repositioned the ducts to increase attic space cleaned up beautifully. This is most pleased that I have been with a service company .
I have used several over years with varing degrees of satisfaction. Infinity is by far the best. Give Allen a call you will not be disappointed. I do not personally know anyone with the company and there has been no request for a good review.

Brent, the service tech, arrived on time, courteous and professional. Was familiar with my unit,checked the unit over thoroughly. Service fee was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again. I was able to get an appointment for service the very next day. The technician was on time, very nice and informative. He didn't try to sell us services we didn't need. Our system is older and he did say we might want to start saving now as our AC units may not have many summers left. I will definitely use them again.

We had to have our entire HVAC system replaced as well as duct work due to the original
Installation not being sufficient. Infinity came out and worked with us - they did not just try and sell us another unit, but they found the underlying problem and fixed it! I have had several local companies to come out who supposedly “fixed” our system, only to have it fail again in the heat of the summer. This will be the first summer in 3 years I will not have to worry about my AC going out and being hot. I highly recommend Infinity. They showed up on time and replaced my entire system within one day and I would trust them for any future repairs or need for HVAC & plumbing-thanks again guys y’all are amazing!

Excellent Service. Brian came out and based on the symptoms , he knew what to check first. Very knowledgeable and resolved the issue in less than five minutes. He then checked the pressure on the lines. Great job!!! I do recommend this company for your air conditioning needs.

Professional Service! Jimmy answer my call on Monday 8:00am and dispatched technician Jake to my home at 10:00 am. Jake was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I ask Jake a lot of questions and he answer all questions. He did a complete check of the AC Unit both upstairs and unit outside, added Freon which has had a leak for several years. He did an amp reading on the compressor which showed the compressor could lock up any day. I had notice they the compressor had been very loud for the past few weeks. This AC Unit is 20 years old and I knew the unit didn't have much life left. I ask Jake to give me a quote on a complete new unit. The price was very reasonable plus it was a TRANE AC UNIT, which I think is the best on the market. I can mention Trane has a great warranty. What I liked about Jake was he never pressure me onto buying a new unit.

I have a maintenance plan with Infinity and their work is always exceptional and professional. I recently called for a small leak in the attic, received a quote, and it was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. It looks professional and was brought up to code (I was informed a while ago that when the house was built in 2005 the condensation pipe wasn't to code).

If you have a maintenance plan with them they come out twice a year (before summer heat and winter cold) to make sure your system is in perfect order before any problems arise in the hottest/coldest days. Also under the maintenance agreement they will swap your filters out during those visits, you are moved ahead in priority in the case of repairs, and given a discount on parts.

This company is first class! They replaced our 17 year old Trane XL14i
condensers and air handlers (we have two of them) with XL16i units with matching air handlers. If you remember The Magnificent Seven from
long ago, forget them and go with the Magnificent Three. They are
Mike, Chris, and Brandon. These guys know what they are doing and
they do it well! Thanks guys for a great job! I also want to give Jake a pat
on the back! We chose the right company and we are 100% satisfied!
