They maintained an open line of communication about when my appointment time was going to be, when Travis was en route, when he arrived, when he left, and an emailed invoice within minutes of completed work. For people with busy schedules, that in itself is worth the price of a service call.

Allen and his crew installed a new system last year, and it has been running flawlessly, but we signed up for the twice a year maintenance.

Travis came back out yesterday for the first visit of the twice a year service/maintenance. Work was completed very thoroughly, and in a timely manner. Very professional, clean, friendly, with a positive attitude, and HONEST.

I can not recommend Infinity Heating and Air Conditioning enough. There might be other HVAC companies that are as good as Infinity, but I can guarantee there are none better!! Top notch company with top notch folks.

I called Infinity to get a quote on a mini split to be installed in our master bedroom. They were very responsive and on time. The technician arrived and actually talked my wife out of spending the money. 🤣🤣🤣 Now, in my book that is a great company when they don't take your money for something you think you want. Give them a call great group of people !!!!

We contacted Infinity Heating and Air Conditioning on Friday June 16th. We left a message and Jeff the General Manager returned our call within 10 minutes. We told Jeff the issue we were experiencing. He recommended us to turn off the system until we could get a diagnostic (this saved us thousands of dollars in drywall repair) . Jeff made an appointment with us for Saturday June 17th at 9am. Jeff showed up on time, and showed an extreme amount of professionalism and knowledge. We discussed the issues we were having and that we were working with a warranty company. Jeff and his team took over communication with the warranty company.
On Monday 19 June, Jeff sent Joe a technician to our house to further diagnose our issues. Joe showed the same amount of professionalism and knowledge. It came back that we needed to replace our 20 year old A/C unit. Jeff went over our options with us and was very transparent with costs and timelines. On Tuesday 20 June, we had the A/C unit we selected installed. Mike and his team again showed up on time and yet again the team showed great professionalism and knowledge.

Bottom line for all of our future heating, air conditioning and water heater needs we will only be calling Infinity Heating and Air Conditioning. Due to their professionalism, knowledge, transparency and fair prices.

My son has used Infinity. He purchased an annual maintenance plan for me too. The young man was very nice and responsible and did a fantastic job of cleaning my air unit, checking Freon level etc. I would highly recommend this company and Joe Mullins to my friends and family.

They were very professional and conscientious in installing the water heater. Additionally, they were very courteous and respectful of my home by taking precautions in cleanliness and care of my home. I would and will recommend Infinity to anyone needing assistance with heating and cooling.
