Our heating unit was blowing only cold air. I was so afraid we had to get another unit. Mike came by and fixed the problem quickly! He explained everything he did to the unit. These guys love what they do and it shows with their customer service and integrity. This will be the only company we call for HVAC!

I’ve been very happy with Infinity Htg and Air. I’ve used them since before they were Infinity. At that time it was Brent’s father Randy Helm and Allen Nance. They were phenomenal. Since they’ve become Infinity they still give the same courteous professional service, but have upgraded their standards. They wear shoe covers in your house, for instance, so they don’t track in mud. If they are called out for a problem and it turns out not to be fixed and they have to come back out they don’t charge you for it again. We recently had to replace out heating/AC unit and the guys that did it were men I hadn’t met before but they were very impressive and provided the same quality of service that I was accustomed to from Randy, Allen, and Brent.

Amazing experience and great air conditioner. My system was old and had some significant installation issues. Allen and his team came in and redid the whole system. Honest professional and I will definitely be using infinity for the other two systems at my home when the time comes.

Jimmy and his guys are amazing! They went above and beyond to relocate an AC unit we wanted placed in the side yard so we could enjoy the outdoors in complete silence. Whether it was running the line set or placing new ducts to meet our added capacity everything was professional, courteous, and masterfully done. I am going to have them come out this May to replace the other two units.

Since last year I had gone through 4 or 5 different AC repair companies trying to figure out why our 12 year old Goodman downstairs unit was freezing up. They either gave me a blank stare, or tried a few simple things that didn't work , and then gave up. When I talked to Jimmy at Infinity, right away I felt confident he and his people could help me.

Jimmy's first tech (B. Helm) went through all of the possible causes and ended up spending several hours with the diagnosis of a bad evaporator coil. Since he couldn't resolve my issue on the spot, he only charged me for the initial service call of $69. I thought that was pretty decent since all the other companies seemed to be gouging for doing practically nothing.

Evaporator coils are really expensive, so we had to choose between replacing it or going with a new unit. We keep our house really cool (approx. 64-65 deg) and I was worried about going to a new Trane with R410a. I had talked to a lot of people who said we couldn't get down below 67 or 68 with R410a. Jimmy had a pretty good solution in mind. He said we could upgrade from a 3.5 ton to a 4 ton and replace one of the air ducts with a 14" dia (currently 10") and that would give us additional cooling with necessary air flow. I thought that was a really good idea and we went for it.

The two techs Jimmy sent (Michael and Shay) were very courteous and did an excellent job. This was done at the end of March and so far we are very happy with the results. Jimmy takes good care of his customers and he and his people really know what they're doing. Sorry this is so long, however, since there are so many AC companies that either don't know what they are doing, or they are trying to rip you off, I felt it was necessary to make more people aware of this really good company.

We gladly give Infinity 5 STARS. Thanks a lot for the good job and great service.

Technician arrived promptly and troubleshoot the fault immediately. He carried the part on the truck and had my sauna like house chilly in no time! Brent was nice enough to clean the unit and the price including labor was reasonable! I would recommend them and call on them again for my HVAC needs in the future!

We got estimates on a package unit that sits outside... They had a quality product and surprisingly priced. When they agreed to be there, they were there. When we had concerns, they addressed it. Alan was not happy until we were happy. They were prompt, professional and top notch. Honestly, this kind of service is uncommon anymore so we were very impressed and would recommend Infinity to anybody... Period!

Always very professional and on time. Technician Jake is very knowledgeable and explains issues thoroughly. Shows me the issues with our units and why it should be or should not be corrected. We have the maintenance plan that services units twice a year. I get automated texts to call and schedule those when it’s time, which I appreciate.

The service tech Brent Helm was nice and very professional. He was honest and did not try to sale us a bunch of Products we did not need.
The company was extremely responsive and courteous when contacting them. They had a service tech out within two hours of calling them. Aftwards they sent us a thank you card signed by the employees. Customer service and gratitude towards the customers like this is almost impossible to find these days. Thank you and we will be recommending and using y’all in the future.

Infinity Heating and Air is a great company! From beginning to end they came in, gave me a quote, scheduled an install that week, and then came in and worked hard to replace my air conditioning unit.
The air is cooling wonderfully upstairs now! I highly recommend them!
