Infinity Heating and Air not only had great prices and great employees, but they were very professional and thorough. Our tech, Travis French, did a great job installing our new unit.

Well organized. They installed my new central air and heat. They come out twice a year to check to make sure everything is working properly. They are polite and knowledgeable about what they are doing.

Great company use them for years trust there work

As a business owner myself I'm very picky with who I allow in my home. Unfortunately most companies look to take advantage of the customers and sell them unnecessary things to make more money on jobs. I've also noticed that a lot of companies will have guys that have no real experience running service vans. What I have found with Infinity is a company that I can truly count on. They show up, they do what they say, and they charge very fair prices for the services they provide. They have great knowledge of all the equipment they install and have great guys when it comes to trouble shooting older equipment. In my opinion they are top notch when it comes to professionalism, knowledge, and dependability. They're the go to company in Tipton and Shelby County if you're looking for a company that will treat you the way that you want to be treated.

Joe was very professional and clean, he put shoe covers on every time he entered the house. He took his time and went above and beyond cleaning the unit.

I can't say enough good things about Infinity. Molly is who I spoke with to set up the appointment and she took the time to understand the issues I was dealing with. She changed my appointment so that a more experienced technician (Allen) could come take a look at my system. Allen knew exactly what the issue was and how to repair it. Not only did he test it to make sure everything was working properly, but the price was half of what another local company charged me for essentially the same work. I will only use Inifinty for my HVAC needs from this point out.
