System was cutting on and off. I got service on the day I called. Very friendly, fast, and professional. I've used Infinity for a few years now and I'm always impressed.

Mike came out and did a thorough exam of our system.....it had frozen up. Most companies would have just shot it with freon and took off, but Mike figured it was a valve that controls freon flow through the A coils. Allen Nance figured out a way to get the part (that was not in stock at the supply house).....Allen brought a new A Coil, took the part from it and installed it in our unit. My house is 68 degrees right now. The service was quick, properly done and professionally handled in record time. We appreciate that kind of service from a local business. 5 years ago we had a situation where another ac/heating company botched our new unit install that resulted in needing a whole new unit. Infinity put that new unit in. We were so pleased with their professionalism and work. They were Easy to work with and took extra care to makes sure everything was installed correctly. We had a great experience with them!
Two years ago we moved to a new house. We haven’t had any problems until this week. I knew who to call. The technician came on time, in fact early. Brent, the technician, was friendly and had our issue diagnosed in no time. It ended up being a very easy fix. We won’t use anyone else!

Called Infinity Heating & Air to inspect furnace pipes leading to the attic due to baby raccoon fell through and climbed back up to the attic according to rental tenant. Service tech arrived on time and inspected the pipes to ensure tenant can use the furnace without any leaks. Technician went beyond service which I appreciated, while in the attic, he looked around for any signs of raccoon. Each time I call Infinity for any type service, they never cease to amaze me with the level of professionalism given to customers.

About two years before, I used Infinity to install a complete heating and air system and I am still satisfied. This is the company that I have grown to depend on - you will not be disappointed in this company; so yes, I recommend Infinity Heating & Air :-)

Great experience from start to finish, estimate was fair and reasonable value, explained options and was responsive to my wants. Crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to complete in a day. Before the crew left they showed me the system, and explained what needed to be done & verified that all that was promised was done. They were polite and professional. I would recommend them to do your system too. When the thermostat I wanted was not available they upgraded it at no charge, awesome!

Great experience w/Infinity. Online appointment request are extremely convenient. My technician Allen called and was able to come hours before my scheduled appointment. He was very professional with talking me through his inspection process and was able to get my unit back up and running in no time. I am a repeat satisfied customer.

This old house had a 30 year old package unit that had seen it's last days. Animals had snuck under the house over the years and broken many parts of the duct system and lived there without paying rent. :)

Allen inspected it all and gave me a quote. Replacing the package unit with a unit properly sized for the house, tear out of the old duct system and installing new. Replace wiring to the thermostat and installing new.

All the ducting is in a crawl space under the house, where there is not much room to move. The old ducting had little insulation and were all fitted joints. It's a wonder I had any cooling at all. There was no doubt in my mind after Allen explained the issues he found, the duct system needed replacing.

When the day arrived for the work to be done, the crew arrived early, Allen called before they started, asking if it was alright if they could begin. In all, renovation took 2.5 days and I had working A/C by the end of the second day. His crew worked very hard and was minimally intrusive, very respectful and cleaned up afterward.

Each day the workmen arrived on time and Allen was often around filling me in on the status if I asked. I could not have asked for better service or a more capable crew. I've had contractors work on my house before. This was not that experience.

Big jobs can have problems and when the A/C was on again I did find a problem. I talked to the foreman about it, and they knew just what I was talking about. Since it was end of day they promised to be out the next day and fix the problem. By now I shouldn't have to tell you they arrived first thing in the morning and the issue was promptly corrected.

Allen came out a few hours later, checked that everything was well, asked me if I'd had any trouble, we shook hands and the rest is up to the future. At no time did I find any aspect of working with Infinity Heating and Air a problem. They answered every question I had in a timely manner, I talked to Molli on the phone, she was very polite and scheduled the inspection
for Allen to come out as soon as they could.

I have no doubt this heating and cooling system will keep my home comfortable for many years to come. If you need the services this company provides, I do not think you will disappointed in what they do.
