Great price, great installation, great products! I had a 21 year old heat and ac that no longer did the job. Allen came out and looked at it and determined the best course of action. Got me a good deal on a new Trane unit and Mike and David knocked the installation out in no time. Very clean work and very polite technicians. I would refer them to anyone who needs hvac work.

January 15, 2020 the service man arrived earlier than scheduled. Checked Carrier unit according to my complaint which was condenser coil was freezing up. Added R-22 as I suspected. Happy with the service. Well, ten days later January 25, 2020 my unit continues to freeze up. I was charged $99 for just coming out and $228 for 2 pounds of R22 refrigerant. However, the defrost board of my carrier unit is defective. I should have done it myself. However, I called myself calling a professional to alleviate myself of some of my responsibilities. Moral of the story is do it yourself.

Technician promptly returned my call and was here within a few hours. Had my A/C working in less than an hour. Fantastic people, especially Alan and Jimmy who have serviced me several times.

I called Infinity Heating and Air on a Sunday and even though I was beyond their coverage area, Jimmy immediately came out and throughly checked out and diagnosed our AC unit. Jimmy made the repair onsite and same day at a very reasonable cost. Our AC is working like a boss now! Highly Recommend!
