    Air Doctors of Memphis is the BEST! Matthew Davis and all his guys are extremely knowledgeable and honest. They ALL work super hard to please their customers. Not only are
    they fast but they are very dependable as well.
    Matthew Davis has worked on two of my prior homes. Fixed each problem and saved me several $$$. Matthew Davis cares about his customers and he treats them like family. I would NEVER trust anyone but Air Doctors of Memphis to work on my HVAC.

    Installation of A/C and evaporator coils was great. A little overpriced and I was not able to fill out online forms for warranty. Called the guy multiple times to get ignored. Also had to call to get my water heater ignited after they were done which could of been avoided if they had a check system to finish their work. Had duct work done and guy fell through the ceiling, which they did get that taken care of, but sucks I had to paint the whole ceiling to match. I would not recommend these guys to my neighbors.

    Gustavo and Ken, replaced my old Central Air Unit and Furnace with new ones. They were on time, professional and answered all my questions. They covered my carpet before installation and did NOT leave a scratch or a shred of paper on my floor. My unit works fine and I just registered it online. I have No Complaints. I highly recommened Air Doctors of Memphis, especially Gustavo and Ken.

    Extremely pleased with Air Doctors. Matt was able to have a team come out within 2 hours my call. Juan found the issue and knew exactly how to fix it. Very reasonable price as well! Customer service was fantastic! They'll be my first call next time.

    Matt came when he said he would and went above and beyond in servicing my unit. He correctly diagnosed my problem and had it fixed in less than an hour. Very honest pricing as well, so I’ll be calling him back for routine maintenance and repairs. Thanks Matt for doing a great job.

    Fantastic Service! Matt from Air Doctors helped me trouble shoot my heating issues over the phone. When that didn't solve the issue, he fit me into their already full schedule and was on site in less than an hour. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get our heat working again. He was very professional and found the most cost effective solution without unnecessary repairs. He even showed me how to trouble shoot and fix it if the same issue happens again. I will definitely be using Air Doctors again in the future.

    I can't speak highly enough of these guys! We purchased our home about six weeks ago and ran into some issues with our downstairs unit. The company name was on the thermostats so I called. Matt sent a crew out the same day to take a look. The issue came back later that evening and Matt came out that night and repaired the unit. He stayed until almost 11 pm to make sure it was correct. He even called to check on us the next day and gave us some tips on filters and replacements. Matt went completely above and beyond what we expected. Definitely recommend this company.

    I wouldn’t use this company, there’s plenty of other HVAC companies out there who do better, more reliable work. We used this company because our AC went out back in June and my boss recommended them because his brother is the owner. We were told our unit is old and just needed Freon. We asked them to check for leaks and were told there weren’t any. This barely fixed the issue and our unit still didn’t reach the temp on the thermostat when it’s hot in the afternoon. So we basically paid them $150 for our AC to function only slightly better than it was. We called and complained again, was told by the owner Matt Davis that he would come out himself and look, both times someone else came out, Juan. Not Matt. We were told our unit is old and there was nothing else they could do really. We didn’t say anything about that lack of follow through with Matt not bothering to do what he said he would do. Now it makes sense because our AC went out again, just two months later. We did a claim through our home warranty and turns out there is a Freon leak that was completely missed or ignored by Air Doctors. We called Matt and asked for either a full or partial refund since their work was subpar, inadequate and they pretty much ripped us off when they could have given us an estimate to fix the leak. Matt was extremely rude to my elderly mother who called to speak with him, he was condescending, defensive and talked to her like she was a dog. They again used the excuse that our unit is old and oh well! I understand the unit is old, but I paid you for work that wasn’t done or missed because your technician wasn’t competent enough to diagnose the problem. They could’ve gotten more money out of us to actually fix the leak if the tech had cared enough to do thorough work. I wouldn’t have asked for a refund if it held up for 6 months, but it barely made it a few months and that doesn’t feel right. Feels like we were ripped off. And then when we tried to resolve our complaint and concern with Matt, we were treated like garbage, not good customer service at all! I wouldn’t talk to my customers that way, even if they were wrong. Don’t use this company, take your money elsewhere. Also, if you guys even care about or read your reviews, I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as posting this review on as many sites as I can, just so people are aware that your work is far from flawless or guaranteed. Not only that, but the rude customer service was appalling and unnecessary given the complaint was regarding $150 worth of “work”. Hopefully the impact of my negative reviews costs your business way more than a measly $150.

    I had a unit installed by Air Doctors during a remodel/renovation, and the fan went out in the inside unit. I called on Sunday morning, and Matt, the owner, answered. He promised to have a crew out on Monday. Matt confirmed my text message on Monday morning that a crew would be out shortly. His crew came and diagnosed my issue that I had a bad board. They went and got a new board and installed it within two hours. I was very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the technicians. I will recommend Air Doctors to others.

    Matt was so kind and professional. He came the same day I called even though it was a Saturday and he already had a full schedule. He texted when he was on the way. He fixed the problem and stayed until he was sure the unit was beginning to cool. He was honest, fair, and very reasonable. Definitely top notch.
