Top notch guys.
Two times I have used this company. They show up within 24 hours of a call. They quickly diagnose the problem. They fix it with common sense. AND THEY HAVE NEVER TRIED TO UP-SALE ME!

For years, anytime I had an issue with my HVAC, every company that came to my house would spend an hour trying to convince me that my AC needed to be replaced. Not because a major component was broken, but because it was 11 years old, and the freon will not available in a few years. IMO, that's not a reason to replace them. They work. One just needs a pound of freon every year or so.

Richards Heating & Air is the first company to not try to convince me that I need to drop $5k to $8k to fix my A/C. All they want it to fix my unit for a reasonable price.

I just wanted to say thank you for the outstanding job Richard’s did on my removal/replace my complete HVAC system. These guys quoted the job the day I called, two days later a crew should up right on time. These guys were extremely professional, courteous, quick and left without a trace. I highly recommend Richard’s for all your heating and air needs. I gives these guys a 10 out of 10!! Awesome job.

On 6-12-13 in the evening my daughter let me know the air wasn t working upstairs. I called Richards around 0800 the next morning. I believe the number listed was a cell phone number. It went to voicemail, but ,he called back immediately. He said he was in the Arlington area on another job and it would be in the afternoon before he could come out. Once I told him my address he said it would be thirty minutes. He showed up in 20. He was very professional and business like. Went right to the suspected problem and within 15 minutes I had cold air again. He acid cleaned both my outside units and only charged me for the one he worked on. He tested the Freon pressures they were fine. He DIDN T have to add a little just to make a charge. He didn t leave a mess and was sure to check his shoes when coming in and out of the house. I now have an a/c man that I can call and trust. I would recommend him and his company to my friends.
