Best Air Conditioning, Heating & Appliance

Once again, this outstanding company came right out and diagnosed an electrical problem on my upstairs unit.
Tony had the part on his truck, and repairs made in no time.
I just can't say enough good things about this company. From April, who takes the calls and schedules to Tony and his Son on the repairs.
It is one of the few companies I completely trust. They have never let me down.
Would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

I used and found out about Best Air through a home warranty company few years ago and was amazed at the service I received. I called to get a price on a tune up and was told their promotions are in the spring. Conway stopped me at Home Depot with a promotion is the reason it started my inquiry to call and ask Best Air about theirs.. I also was procrastinating. Conway did it with the hot temperature outside and in the attic was unbearable heat too but the tech managed.
Now I see why promotions run in the spring when the weather is cooler. I try to remember this next time.

They were very courteous & professional & explained to us what we needed & also what we did not need (after another A/C company said we needed high dollar mold removal). We were very pleased with Tony Marco & will continue to use Best A/C in the future!

Used this company numerous times for my air, heat, and appliances. Honest company that does great work. Highly recommend these guys. Love doing business with a local, family owned company. In the last 10 years, Tony has replaced my air conditioning, serviced it a few times, replaced the heater, and did a service on our washer. I have recommended to my family members and they are happy as well.

Tony is a genuine guy that is reasonable and trust worthy. I am a single female that is always cautious about getting work done. His price was reasonable. My job was a total redo of heat and air system on a complicated 60 year old property. I felt like he did a good job and was honest with me and gave me realistic expectations.

This company is awesome!! TJ was so professional and informative. He addressed all of our concerns without hesitation. Will definitely use them again in the future when needed.

Tony and Eric came out a few weeks ago to fix my A/C (fan motor quit on us). They were able to get out there the same day to make repairs and I have not had any problems out of the unit since! I am very happy with this service and the professionalism that comes with it! They also left a magnet and I will be using them for all my HVAC and appliance needs in the future, I highly recommend!

Over the course of two hot weeks, and having two local companies sent by our home warranty company to come look at our AC unit that wasn’t working, a unit that was less than a year old installed by a different company from our home warranty provider, we called Best and TJ came out. TJ showed us all of the burnt out wires that had been simply taped together (and not even with electrical tape!) and walked step by step in what should’ve been done properly but wasn’t by the other two company’s technicians.

Needless to say, TJ made all of the wiring repairs properly and we were so grateful to have a well experienced professional to get our house cool again! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

The visit to our residence was done by TJ. This young man was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He explained to us the details of what was needed to be done during the visit, the possible outcomes of the job and what to look for in the future as we continues to operate our repaired AC. He showed a genuine desire to provide superb service and keep our concerns in mind. Tony will shoot you straight. I've used him a couple times and he gave options on different repairs and didn't just tell me I needed a new unit like some company's would. Highly recommended
