I used them years ago. The service years ago was really great. When I called in Juli of 2021, a young guy answered and told me to call back in a few days since he is busy. Several days later, the same guy answered. When I asked for an appointment, he said that he is busy working in the country. This guy had a nasty tone and told me to call back next week since he is busy. This company was great, the workers were nice years ago. Now , that business is booming, they don’t appreciate new customers and feel that they can be rude to potential customers. This is sad how companies change when they become successful.

I seldom write a review, but I had an issue with the furnace in our newly bought house. I asked the local people who had worked on the system, but there were no solutions. Mikey's was recommended as an honest business. They were not crazy about sending their workers an hour away, but they listened, ordered a part, and then came and installed it. I had been told there was no solution, but on the first try it was 90% better. The worker recommended one more little thing, which when he came back the next day fixed the issue 100%. I cannot say enough for this business.

Mickey is beyond great. He always gives us a very fair price and is just a kind, honest individual. My father-in-law has known him for over twenty years, and has only wonderful things to say about him as well.

Our upstairs AC unit went out in the hottest part of the summer. This company was excellent in communication, quick to fit us in, fair in pricing, extremely knowledgeable, and they were very polite and professional.
You won’t go wrong by calling them.

The service that Mickey's prividez is always prompt; the technicians are courteous & professional; theyare always quick--getting the job done as quick as possible.
I feel theyre an excellent company on all counts.
