Had to replace leaking valves under the kitchen sink. Came within the time window we were given with a text about 15 minutes before the technician arrived. Gave full estimate prior to services. Had water off, parts replaced, and water back on within 20 minutes. Was clean, friendly, professional, wore booties in the house. There are probably companies that are cheaper, but I appreciate that I know exactly what to expect. Have used their services before, would use again.

A week after I moved into my house, the plumbing backed up. Turns out my sewer pipe leading to the street was completely blocked with tree roots. How all the previous owners in the last decade never had plumbing issues in this house, I'll never know, and I can't prove that they knew. Be that as it may, I called several folks for estimates for this project. Hiller sent out a project manager who explained everything they would need to do as well as everything that could go wrong and what they would do in that event, what would be their responsibility and what would be my responsibility. As a first-time homeowner, I really appreciated their honest approach and deep explanation of the process. They also price matched the lowest bidder. They came out the next day and had the new sewer pipe installed in a few hours. The crew who did the work was exceptional. They were kind to stop and explain what they were doing. I asked them to come get me when they got down to the clog so I could see it. They did! They took pictures, and they let me take pictures. They put my yard back together nicely, seeded, and put down some hay. It's looking better this summer, and I have smooth-flowing plumbing! Hiller made me happy!

Hiller is the best. A tech came to do a check up on our old hvac system. He replaced what needed to be replaced and made recommendations for the future. Didn’t try to upsell me. He was straightforward and honest. We really appreciate Hiller!

We woke up on Sunday morning to a giant water bubble in our paint from a pin hole leak in the wall. They were able to dispatch a tech on the same day who was able to replace a section of the pipe, and get us on the schedule for a full replacement quote from a project manager due to ongoing plumbing issues we've been having. Thank you again Hiller.

Woke up in the morning to find out I had no hot water. Thinking my pilot light was out, I went up into my attic where my hot water heater is located to relight the pilot. To my surprise, not only was the pilot light out, but I had standing water in my drip pan and a flowing leak from my temperature relief valve.

Knowing I needed immediate help, I scheduled an appointment with Hiller online around 7:30 AM, and by 1:00 PM, William Gough arrived at my home to assess the situation. He quickly identified my water pressure was extremely high (120 PSI) and explained I needed to get it fixed immediately, not only to solve my water heater issue, but to prevent any further water related damage that could occur with that high level of pressure. He mentioned he could schedule a new heater to be installed if I desired it, but thought it might be possible to flush it and get it back into working order instead of replacing it, especially once I had my water pressure issue taken care of. He scheduled his team to come out to further evaluate and perform the required services.

Later that day, Frank Croce and Chad arrived at my home earlier than their scheduled time. Upon further inspection, Frank found that water and sediment had already damaged the water heater insulation and its bottom (see photos), and he recommended a full replacement - he and Chad could do the flush and repair on it, but I would be on borrowed time before it started leaking again. I took Frank's advice and went ahead with replacing the water heater.

Frank and Chad immediately got to work on installing my new water heater, as well as replacing my pressure regulating valve on my main water line downstairs to solve my water pressure issue. Within a few hours, they had me all fixed up (see photos of new water heater and PRV). I now have 60 PSI water pressure, hot water, and most importantly no leaks!

Frank, Chad, and William were an absolute pleasure to work with and I truly appreciate all of their help. I'm extra appreciative because I understand working in a hot attic is not easy or comfortable, and not once did they complain about it even though they had every right to. All of these gentlemen went above and beyond the call of duty and deserve recognition for it.

As a first time customer of Hiller, I was extremely impressed and will most certainly be calling on them for other services in the future. I hope Frank, Chad, and William will be the ones helping me again as well. Thank you, Team Hiller!

Robert Cottrell was the tech who came to my house to verify the problem, then completed the replacement of my water heater the next day. He was very courteous and knowledgeable - and didn't make a mess. Hiller has also done electrical work for me, and I am definitely going to call them for any future MEP work.

They showed up on time, got the job done quickly and all working great. Dustin Williams and William “Lane” Bingham were very knowledgeable and explained everything as the went through the replacement of our AC unit. Great service!!!
