Website quoted a $69.00 service call charge but when the technician left actually charge for a diagnostic service charge for $169.00. Not to happy about that... on a brighter note, the technician was very friendly and did get my dishwasher working.

Hiller always does a thorough job and explains what they did with pictures after the job is done. They stave off issues before you’re left out in the cold or in the heat.

The smoke detectors went off and would not shut off. This happened on a Saturday evening. Hiller was at our place within an hour and fixed everything for us. Definitely recommend!

Excellent response in emergency and Jack was professional and efficient. The charge of $179 to flip a lever on my cutoff valve in a space that was approachable on foot (no crawling around to get to it) was outrageous but I had no choice. I will forever resent that charge but all else was the usual good service and reasonable repair charges for a work-in call for a Saturday emergency. Now that I know where and what it is I will turn the intake off myself if the need ever arises.
