Aaron was AWESOME.!!!

I'd worked on my problem for 6 1/2 hours and would have never gotten to the problem.

Hiller employees NEVER do a bad job - it's the $20 a month for expedited service that is 'NO GOOD'.!!!

Got the CLOG uncloged and All (EVERYTHING) is GREAT in the SKI household once again.!!!

Jarrett was outstanding! Not only did he repair the leak in our crawl space. He photographed the damage. Set up the company to make repairs to the wood joists. Holler will have a project manager come out and give us an estimate to replace the 63 years old copper pipes.

We called Hiller at 7pm on a Sunday night before a holiday because our water heater went out. It didnt feel like an immediate emergency but we also didnt want to wait a week for hot water. From the girl who answered the phone the whole experience was so pleasant and professional and low stress. The girl who answered the phone was so pleasant and understanding. Not even the slightest tone of any frustration in her voice. The technician, Jarred, showed up on about 90 minutes and was equally pleasant and professional.....and again, this is now 9:00pm the night before a holiday. He fixed the water heater (for the moment, we will have them install a new one) and patiently explained our options, what was going on and how quickly they could get a new one for us.
I will never use anyone else again for something Hiller can do. We will be cuatomers for life and refer anyone to them. The customer service was amazing, professional and worthy of a 5 star review which is very hard to come by these days.

Logan was very professional and answered all all questions. He got here right on time. He took care of our hvac and told us all is good. Highly recommend Logan and happy Hiller. We purchased the club plan for another year. In the fall we definitely want Logan back to check our hvac.

Update(Hiller did make a better impression the second round of conversation service reps and customer service were knowledgeable and frieldly taking their time to put in the work to resolve the issue ) I called hiller at 6 30pm they told me their technician would arrive between 7pm and 11pm and would have all tools to repair any issue with my toilet. And would only delay if they needed a part. The technician did not arrive until well after 11pm . Upon arrival he looked at the toilet. He did not touch it or inspect it or even enter the bathroom said "that is probably the septic I can't help you" when asked if he was even going to try to unclog the toilet he stated "if I'm wrong I'll come back and try" then changed me $124 and left . I would have appreciated Hiller attempting to solve the issue instead of giving up before attempting. I waited over 4 hours to be abandoned with no working toilets at 1230am and charged $124. I expected better customer service.
