The whole process of replacing our AC unit and duct work has been a breeze from start to finish. It was very easy to get in contact and schedule the services. Everyone I met was very professional and polite. We really had a great experience with this company and plan to use them again soon for another project!

We had to have our main water line replaced. Austin and his crew at Hiller did a fantastic job! They were quick, professional, and courteous.

Trey and Darrell where very good at there job. They stayed with us until they got everything just right. Even called for extra help to insure everything was running the way it is supposed to. I really like this company. They are courteous and clean. I would recommend them to anyone. I feel as though we can call on them at anytime and have good service.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience. This leak has been a difficult thing to diagnose for us. Within a short period of time John found our issue and in about 2 hrs it was fixed. He showed up ready and the parts were on his truck for what I needed. Five stars.

I’ve Used Hiller twice now for plumbing and AC work, and I’m officially a loyal customer. Their pricing seems a little high to me but I am willing to pay more for them because they are worth it! They do expert work, always arrive a little early, and are professional at all times.

All of the technicians and service manager were very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Any questions I had, they answered fully. My new HVAC unit is so quiet I have to check once in a while to make sure it's working. Thank you all including Michelle in the office!

Frank Croce is the best!!! I live in kingston Tn and me and my wife are first home owners. We had a water leak under our house that was dripping on our gas water heater. He fixed it in 25mins and we called R&m and he fixed it and saved us thousands instead of trying to rip us off. Guys I recommend this young man. Me and my wife and dogs are so grateful for his help to fix our problem.

Jared was great! Very informative and gave me all my options and price points on how I wanted to go about fixing my water heater. Service was done in a timely manner. Very satisfied overall!

After the last cold snap, it seemed we developed at water leak, as our utility bill went up substantially. A quick call out to Hiller and they sent one of their service advisors out to look the situation over. He gave me an estimate and I approved the work and they scheduled a date and time. The Technicians came to my home and dug a trench to lay out a new waterline, running from the meter to the house. The 3 Technicians, Dale, Austin and Trey, were very courteous and professional, not only in appearance but in mannerisms as well. They made sure everything was done correctly and completely, and made sure that we knew how things were going. After the job was completed, they cleaned up after themselves, and the only way you could tell they had been there was the straw in the yard where they reseeded the lawn. They also thanked us for our business before they left. I can highly recommend Hiller because of their commitment to quality service. They made sure we were satisfied before they finished up. Will I use Hiller again??? Without a doubt, the answer is YES!

These guys are the best. My a/c went on the fritz. Hiller was quick to get out and make repairs. And even suggested future money saving ideas.GOD BLESS HILLER
