I paid 677.00 and was told I needed my tank pumped. I was not told this in advance. I wasted a whole day and almost 700$ and still can't use my toilet.

Best customer service ever. I can't believe they refunded the entire amount I paid. My plumbing problem was due to a clogged pipe from a broken inlet valve so Hiller refunded the entire amount that I paid. They were very prompt and determined to make me happy. Thank you to Robert and Seth. I appreciate you both.

I was alerted by my water utility company that I probably had a leak. I called Hiller on Wednesday and they came out on Thursday. Cody was able to find my leak (which ended up being in the crawl space under the house) and repaired it right away. Overall, I had a great experience from the initial consultation on the phone to the actual service at my home. I would definitely recommend.

Gene was on time and very thorough on the inspection and cleaning. Made recommendations for repairs but did not push. Was very professional and easy to work with.

Jared Williams came out and detected the leak quickly. The repair was done in a. timely manner. I will request Jared Williams the next time a repair is needed in my house. Excellent Service Technician.

Quez and Natalie came to repair our doorbell as it was not getting any power. They restored the electrical wire and got everything working in very little time. They were friendly and professional

Our technician showed up and did a thorough examination of our water heater. Quicky identified the issue and offered a few levels of repair. He made sure we understood costs before proceeding and followed up with a quick repair.

Austin arrived on time, and he was courteous and professional. He took the time to explain my issue and what it took to repair it. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service he performed.

Had a frost proof faucet put on the outside of my house, was charged 500 dollars and was told it had a lifetime warranty. The faucet ended up leaking after the winter time, so I called to have them come look at it. After they looked at it they said they would not warranty it because the water hose was connected and wanted to charge me another 500 dollars. When they had originally installed the faucet I was never told to unhook the hose, all I was told was it was frost proof and I shouldn’t have any problems from here on out. So evidently it’s only frost proof if the hose is disconnected. Not telling the customer this information is poor customer service, especially when it costs the customer another 500 dollars. I ended up just fixing it myself for 75 dollars which after this experience I should have done that to begin with. Very disappointed and very unhappy customer!! I will never use this company ever again!

The crew at Heller were awesome. They worked late on a Friday night to install new duct work in my attic. Started early and worked late. I highly recommend them for all of you hvac needs. Thanks everyone!!

Hiller is awesome! I had a leak in my water lines running to the house, and they had a tech out at my house ASAP, with a repair within an hour. All this was after hours, too. Very professional!
