Love Lee company! So professional always arrive on time and if they're running behind someone always contacts you. They always give 100% trying to fix and solve your issues. The plumber I had last time that came over here to my house named Merritt, (I hope I'm spelling that right,) really went over-the-top trying to resolve the issue that I had at my house.
This experience was different from my others with your company. The gentleman did not introduce himself when he came to the door. His uniform said "Scott" which was not the name on the paperwork. When he finoshed the job, he suggested that, in the future, I should call him first before calling Lee Company and he could save me some moneh or something. This was puzzling to me since I thought he was an employee of Lee Company. Also, usually, they generate a receipt and have me sign on the screen before they send me the receipt. I thought (and could have misunderstood) that the person I talked to on the phone gave information than the technician. I thought the person on the phone stated that there was a fee to come out of $89 If nothing was found, I would pay the fee. If the visit resulted in work being done, I would be charged for the parts and labor but not the fee. The invoice included the $89 plus labor plus parts. I think I just needed a clearer understanding. One thing whoch other workers from Lee have done is come to me after assessing problem and prior to starting actual work. They usually give a ballpark figure for cost and let me decide if I want repairs done right then. He figured out the problem, fixed it and then told me the cost. Now, the dryer is fixed and working well So, the purpose of the call was achieved. It just left me a bit confused and uncomfortable.

Both Dustin Brewer and tehnician Matt were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable.Mat took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood the work that needed to be done. He was neat, wore the mask and slip on booties, then cleaned up after himself. After he completed his work he made sure I understood the work that he had done. He is one of the best technicians that I have ever used. Completely satisfied with both Dustin and Mat.
Had an air conditioner problem, so called the Lee company last Monday as they had installed the unit in 2014. I called, waited to talk someone and was unable to do it the three times I called them during the week. Thursday evening, I spoke to someone. I was told 11PM that night. I told them that was too late, but said I could do it Friday evening after 6PM. I was told "we can definitely make that happen" and agreed to be at the house by then. Friday, a little bit after 6PM, I called. Again, I could not reach anyone and left a message of inquiry when someone was coming. A few minutes later, I was told I was on the schedule. The service technician got there about 30 minutes. He was actually on call, and said i was not on the schedule. Later, he had to call the company about a price part, was put on hold and eventually hung up as he never heard back. (They only had ONE person doing dispatch.) I thought the technician was excellent, but the LEE company is terrible at communication and terribly understaffed. I will not recommend them to anyone.
Lee did a great job putting in my hvac. Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable and polite. They cleaned up their mess and made sure I knew how to use the new thermostat. I would use them again.
My experience as a whole was excellent! Quick response time for scheduling an appointment and answering any follow up questions regarding payment and maintenance plans. Courteous, professional, thorough and personable repairmen that go the extra mile to get the job done.
Michael came out on a Sunday (within two hours of my initial call) evaluated my problem with my air conditioner, replaced a faulty capacitor and was on his way with our AC unit blowing cold air in about one hour.
He was courteous, efficient and skillful in resolving my problem.
I have a yearly contract with Lee Company to inspect my HVAC system once in the spring and again in the fall. Very reasonable price. Recently, after a tree fell on my house, I had concerns about the possibility of the water heater and electrical riser having been damaged. I called Lee Company one morning and they had an electrician and a plumber out before the end of the day.
Lee is always professional and I’ve never had an issue. What I also like it is easy to make an appointment and you don’t have to stay on hold if their phone lines are busy. They have a system that will call you back “without losing your place in line”. Little things like that make a difference.
