Do not use this company. They are shady, pushy, dishonest, and claim being a christian based company as a selling point. They will get you on their bank draft program, and you can never get off. I suppose, now, that I have written reviews, they will reach out and try to solve the issue, or not. I think of the people on fixed income that has been swindled by this company, and pay each month for nothing, evil, not christian. I have been calling since February to stop the draft, it is now June, still coming out. Called me last November for fall service, said it would $12,000 for my crawl space. The 3 times they did service, it was non stop how I need new equipment. I don't want anything. I am just trying to help others avoid the mistakes I have made. GO LOCAL for your services, I promise, it will make a world of difference.
Every level of duct cleaning service provided by both Adam and Austin far exceeded my expectations. I quickly gained confidence with Adam's thorough explanation of the entire process. They quickly went to work and were meticulous in terms of caring for the condition of our home as well as treating our encapsulated crawlspace as if it were part of our living area. I was also very impressed how Adam took the time to explain all steps of the process to his trainee and most of all he treated him with kindness and respect and as a co-equal. Too often trainees get talked down to so as to differentiate to customers who's the boss. Also impressive was the fact they had a supervisor (Mr. Sellers) stop buy to ensure our needs were being met - they were. I can not believe what they were able to pull from the duct lines and I'm extremely happy that the house smells very fresh once again. Thanks again Lee Company, we certainly got our money's worth. I also appreciate sparing us from the bait and switch tactics often seen with other companies.
After my HVAC unit lost freon, I contacted them via email hoping to get a "first-thing-Monday-morning" appointment. They contacted me on a Sunday to let me know that Monday was booked but they would put me on a list to be served once the scheduled appointments had been filled. I appreciated that they were able to "work me in" on the day I requested and I also appreciated how Ross (the tech) spoke with me regarding my options and the inner workings of my HVAC unit (which is clearly not my wheelhouse). By Monday evening, the work had been done and my home was cool again. Lee may be a little pricier, but I don't mind paying for the professionalism and timeliness they demonstrated throughout the whole experience.
Lee Co came out on Father's Day to put in complete new, modern AC systems for my upstairs and downstairs, to replace my old failing R22 system that went into compressor failure the day before. They were the only local company that even responded to my calls that Saturday afternoon (I called 4 places). A couple glitches, so that's why I knocked off one star, but overall a great experience, especially over a holiday weekend. One of their techs came back out on Monday to finish up the couple outstanding issues, so we are very happy at this point. Good job Lee Co!
Lee Company offered the best price for the best HVAC package and it is the reason I chose to do business with them. In addition, the employees who came to my home were professional, informative and very importantly, they all wore masks. During these COVID days, it is the mark of professionalism that they consistently wear masks in order to protect the customer. I appreciate Walt Walton who helped me make the purchase. I also appreciate Jacob, and his assistant, who did the installation. I look forward to being a customer of Lee Company.

From heat and air, to plumbing, electrical, to handyman, they offer lots of services and the technicians are well trained and very professional. I have received excellent service and I highly recommend the Lee Co.
We had a leak in our wall on Saturday. EVERY step was fantastic. The dispatcher was professional and friendly. Gabe, who fixed the issue, arrived as soon as he could and treated my home with care. He corrected the problem and uncovered a larger issue we have to address. When he mentioned a project manager, I thought that would be scheduled for another day. Nope. Cliff, the project manager, came to my house on Saturday. He was frank and explained what needs to happen. He answered every question we had, and the work is scheduled for next week.
Plumbing inspection was done by Brad. When he walked in I just assumed he’d try and up sell me on products. Instead, he showed me step by step why the equipment in our nine-year old home was fine as is. I told him the outside faucet needed to be replaced. He looked at it and said you’re fine, no need to replace, just need a new rubber washer, went to his truck, showed me how to turn the water off at the street while I replace that washer. We talked about his background a little. At only 25-years old he has real world experience. He uses his excellent customer service skills to help people get what they want without waiting for the other shoe to drop, or “catch”. I’m 61 years old and felt like I talked with a close member of my family. Well done!
