Since having my AC and Heating unit installed last year by Lee Co. , they have been very responsive if I had an issue or a question. Recently they sent Nathan out for small problem I was having. He was totally knowledgable, friendly and took care of it quickly. Cleaned up everything and documented the repair with pictures. Very satisfied

The plumber Lee Co. sent out was Jeremy and he couldn't have been more polite and professional. He really knows his stuff. We also had Will look at our cooling system and, likewise, he was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout his inspection what he was doing and what he discovered. I always feel better after the folks at Lee Co. come out and do the maintenance on our equipment. I feel it saves me money and aggravation in the long run.

Have a twice a year service contract. Tech arrived 3 1/2 hours late on Tuesday 7/21/20. Informed us we had a freon leak and our 3 year old evaporator coil needed replaced. Unable to repair until Monday 7/27/20. Husband asked about adding freon and tech said no it will just leak out. Today A/C quit. While here on Tuesday the Tech kept pushing to install a new unit or additional equipment to cool our bonus room more efficiently. When my husband asked for his business card he just ignored his request. Called the customer priority line after A/C quit today and waited 1 1/2 hours for a call back. Customer service rep said we needed freon to keep unit working until Monday. Imagine that.
We cancelled our repair on 7/27/2020 and will never call Lee Co. again. Would not ever recommend.

I have used Lee Company for many years for many things in my home and have always been pleased. The people who do the work in the homes have always been professional, courteous, and friendly when they have done work at my home. I give Lee Company very high marks in terms of customer service which is huge with me.

I’ve had issues with my upstairs unit since i bought the house 2 years ago and the servicing labor warranty company techs could not get it fixed to cool more than a couple weeks..... finally decided to call Lee company In hopes to get a lasting repair... I called Friday late afternoon, had a tech at my door by noon Saturday who quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part using my units parts Manufacturing warranty. A crew showed up Monday Around noon and they had me back up and running a few hours later! The entire crew was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, answered all my question explaining the issue. They might not be the cheapest but I have learned the hard way that’s it’s worth it when you know something is actually truly fixed right and that the company will warrant the repair and stand by their work with a swift turnaround time if something goes wrong! I Highly recommend them!

I called Lee Company because I had removed the face plate off my AC unit accidentally causing the using to power down. Seth was dispatched to my house and arrived within two hours. He was very professional, friendly and fixed my problem very quickly. I highly recommend Lee Company.

Ryan arrived and was wearing a mask, which made me feel comfortable since I’m in a higher risk category. He was not wearing gloves but that doesn’t freak me out as much as a mask. I wash my hands enough that it is fine. He did have covers on his shoes because it was raining. He was very helpful and reassured me that my unit was working correctly. I did have a new thermostat put in and he took the time to show me how to use the app on my phone and program it on the wall. I was very satisfied With the service.
