Fanstastic work! The install techs were very quick and my unit was changed by the end of the day. Would definitely refer this company to a friend over any of the competitors.

Horrible! Do not use them, they are lousy and bunch of liars. They will get your money and not do a good job. They will also not install the product properly but expect you to pay them without complaining. I would not recommend them. Do not trust what they are saying here as a response because they did a lousy job and they are very much aware of it. Trying to tell here that we ar enot aware would not solve the issues becasue i have paperwork Sir AND contacting DHC hasn't solved any problems either and you know it coz you messed it up. They keep saying we will call you back but never do so don't try to defend it.

All of the techs we talked to during our installation (John, David and Steven specifically) knew their stuff and each brought decades of experience to the job. Big thanks to them and the rest of the crew! But no Solace review would be complete without mention of TJ. This guy is a star on the rise. He is a great manager who leads his incredible team from the front. He is not afraid to get in there and work alongside the techs as they complete their daily work. Phenomenal talent coupled with a tireless and diligent work ethic. Sky is the limit for this guy!

I have no doubt Solace is going to take over the market in Middle Tennessee just like they have in Memphis and we are grateful we found them to install our 2 HVAC systems! If you have any hesitation whether to choose them or another provider stop reading now and give them a call and tell them you want to move forward. You will not be disappointed! Best experience we've ever had with an HVAC company and almost any company period. Looking forward to working with them for decades to come!

They are very personable and have provided very good repair and maintenance.
