Justin and James showed up on time, worked diligently and installed my new 2.5 ton Lennox system. They walked me through the operation of the new system and were both very professional in doing so. I would recommend them to install a system for you.

Phil is awesome! Our house’s thermostat went out and was freezing when we woke up. He arrived within 30 mins of me calling and had us up and running within the next 20 mins. Also saved us some money on the thermostat as well. Would highly recommend!

We called DHC out for a repair. Our unit was not working at all. We were told it would be a 90 minute job. 6 days and countless lies later we finally have heat and air again. Amy McGuffey, the secretary/ service manager I spoke with, each and everyday, repeatedly lied to my wife and me about what was going on with our service and where our technician was. Apparently there were more lucrative jobs to be handled so they put us on the back burner. I also attempted to speak with the owner, Jerry Denton, but he was “out of town”. We were assured numerous time that we would receive a discount on our service, by Amy and our tech, but when it was all said and done we were still expected to pay full price for exceptionally poor service and horrendous customer service. The company owner actually came out to our house, but never acknowledged me or my wife. No one but our service tech ever bothered to apologized to us. My wife works from home and she keeps our 18 month old baby with her. They were both forced to go 6 consecutive days without heat or air. I will never use this company again and we will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB.

Great service and very responsive.
One day the fan stopped and temperature inside jumped to 92 F.
Philip came next day, determine what to replace, get the part and installed despite very busy schedule.
