Absolutely fantastic experience. We needed our heat pump replaced and they worked with us to get us exactly what we needed. We worked with Tyler, Justin and James and all three were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will definitely call them for any other needs in the future.

We’ve been with this company for years and over and over I’ve been grateful for the professional and kind employees and the efficient good work they do, as well as not charging us for extra things every time they do maintenance! Matt was here just this morning and he’s a great example of why we keep our business with Solace.

I've had Solace out a few times after they assumed DHC business and have been very happy, Recently had a AC tune up and service and my technician, Matt Schicker did a great job explaining what he was doing and he made a return trip to follow up on replacing a part that needed to be ordered. It was all handled in a timely manner and now we're all set for summer.

Solace has been fantastic to work with! Super professional, prompt, and knowledgeable about my home and the HVAC. I love their use of technology and providing me text updates on their arrival, digital copies of the inspection and work they do.

Recently had a new Lennox system put in. Matt and Justin came out and worked diligently till they removed my old system and installed the new system. They took the time to address concerns and questions I had as well as addressing a couple of "pre-existing" issues that I didn't want to carry over with the new system. Working with the office staff, Rebecca and TJ was great as well. They worked had at making sure I was going to be satisfied. When you're spending that kind of money, it helps to have someone that takes the time to address your concerns and wants to meet your needs.

The HVAC system went out in my house after a power surge. Matt , the Solace HVAC technician came out, and methodically isolated each potential problem, and heat and AC was back on in 2 hours. Matt is knowledgeable, patient, and an excellent technician. Recommend this local company.

Rob M came out on time and performed thorough maintenance on both of my cooling units. Very good service, took the time and explained everything.
