The craftsmanship in the installation of the 3.5 ton heat pump was phenomenal. Steve, James and Justin doing the hard work and Philip making the deal on the much needed HVAC service. Recommend them highly.

Went through Costco for an HVAC install. They made an appointment only to cancel it 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. This has cost me 2 hours at work, several hundred dollars and the potential for new clients. They "claim" where I live is too far yet they serve a bigger town that is farther away than I am. They must not own a map. Why schedule an appointment only to figure out where I live is too far 10 minutes before you are supposed to get here? If this is the kind of 'service' you can expect, caveat emptor. At least I found out they aren't a good company before they took my money.

For the last month and half they have been to my house at least 5 to 6 times to tell me everything is ok but it's 78 to 80 degree in my house so I ask if they would sent someone different and they did so 3 more times nothing was wrong, but it was still warm in my house. So they decided it was my duck work under the house so they come out and now they say its a animal under my home and they refuse to go back under there so I had someone to come over and look under there and they didn't see anything. DHC told me find another company to it , but when I gave them 8 or 9 thousand dollars of my money I didn't have to find another company..My unit is still under warranty but its expiring in a few months. They also act like they wasn't real sure if they even done my unit or not, but yes they did I found my paper work so I don't recommend this company to no one. I gave them a one but I think that is way too much.
