Nothing is quite so terrible as having your AC loose it’s juice , especially in the evening on a weekend ! The Rivertech folks are super nice .... they called me when my service guy was on the call ahead of me , letting me know my house was next . That’s a professional courtesy l really appreciate ! The service guy was professional with a heaping side of kindness , even though it was blazing hot and he had several more stops to make . I would recommend Rivertech to anyone ..... there is absolutely NOTHING like a cool house when you live in a hot and humid city !! Thanks to you ALL !

I may have the name wrong, but Brandon(?) was great. I HAVE AIR!! He was polite, friendly, was fine with social distancing. I know it is time to replace my 29 year old system, but he got it back running and gave me more time.
I know a little. I know enough that he did a great job. He fixed a leak and stopped the fan from rubbing. Use these guys.

When I discovered Rivertech, I called them crying. At that time it was in the middle of the summer, I had a spouse dying from cancer and I had no air conditioner. My current server, Same Day Air who installed my unit would not return my calls or come out.

Rivertech did a great job installing my new A/C and Gas Furnace in my home. They answered all my questions and I didn't feel like I was being sold on a brand they wanted to sell me vs. I brand I wanted. I felt they had a very competitive price as well as prompt service.
