I cannot say enough good about this company and their people. They are nice, friendly and very professional. They got to my job very quickly, knew what they were doing and got two separate HVAC systems installed and working beautifully in one day. They were immediately responsive to any of my questions. I received good quality and good value. I would not hesitate to use them again nor to recommend them to all my family and friends. The systems work very efficiently and look nice as well. Our house’s temp were up to the 80’s every single time. We’ve been having problems with lack of airflow and our unit freezing for the past few weeks and thought we had to get a new unit completely however our technician Anthony was super helpful! He came out on a Sunday and was efficient and knowledgeable! Turns out we just had to do some duct work and didn’t need refrigerant! Prices were reasonable and great too! Highly recommend and would use them again!

I arrived home on a hot Saturday to discover my air conditioner was broken. Scenic City was responsive to my call and soon Chris, the technician, called and said he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and even after encountering a surprise or two along the way with the system, had it up and running within an hour or so. For HVAC issues I will not call anyone but Scenic City and kudos to Chris for doing such an excellent job.

Fast and excellent service! Had an AC issue on Father’s Day and Ryan Hargrave came out to get us cooled off in no time. Professional and friendly service even with 3 dogs and a kid running around. He had our AC back to normal in no time and even provided some tips and tricks to help with our old home. Will use their service again and will likely do the yearly maintenance option they provide. I’d recommend them to my grandma.

Jim Swanson came out within 2 hours of us calling scenic city. We were very surprised with it being a Saturday but were very delighted. With a hot house and pets it's never good. He pinpointed the problem within minutes and had our unit running again. Would highly recommend

Our HVAC blower went out on a Saturday night, which...wasn't ideal. I called Scenic City the next day, and Anthony was able to come out, diagnose the issue quickly, and fix it on the spot in a few minutes with a part he had on hand. He was friendly and professional, and our AC's been fine ever since. I'm glad I found Scenic City, because I was originally looking at a much longer wait for the diagnosis.

Technician, Ryan Hargrave came to repair my A/C unit, he was very thorough but unit may have to be replaced. He made temporary repair until I can work with Scenic City to buy new unit. This company has always been my heat/air “go to” for over 10 yrs. They have always treated me fairly.

Scenic City installed a new heat and air system for us last week. The crew (Josh Farley, Terry Brown, Hunter Brown and Ian Sisk) did and excellent job. Important to my wife was that none of her plants were damaged during the installation. Afterwards, you could not even tell they were ever here. The system is working great. Thanks guys.
