I needed someone to repair my AC. Initially, I had trouble scheduling and the technician they sent, I was not satisfied with his work. But Jonathan, who is the owner, reached out to me and he sent another technician named Anthony. He was amazing and so efficient ! Professional! He did an outstanding job repairing my AC. I would certainly be using this company for any future work and absolutely recommend them!

*Previous review* A technician named Seth came to repair my AC and said need to replace the coil because of a leak and gave me a quote two day’s later for 1900 dollars and charged me an additional $482 on the spot. And he said the quote is good for 1 month only. I called them many times for the past 1 week and no response from him. I tried to talk to them many times for the past 1 week and I am keep on getting the answer that they printed the job paper and handed it over to Seth and he will call me back. But it never happened as of now. Even after a week. Looks like they don’t care about their customers and won’t respond to them. Don’t think they will take care of you as they advertise 24hrs service

Scenic City quickly responded and were on time and found the issue with our A/C system. Gavin did a great job in locating the problem and fixing it.

Wanted to give Chris a shout out at scenic city. Had to have a blower motor replaced in my 24 yr old trane. They had to find the part which took 2 days to arrive. Chris came as soon as it arrived to install Just in time for bitter cold and Christmas. Works great. Thank you

Sammy was wonderful and sent you guys out immediately to help us and we got quick and efficient service and good service. They are awesome. I will be going to them for now on
