A technician came to my home to diagnose the issue with my a/c unit. Neither during scheduling or upon arrival for the appointment was I made aware of a service call fee (if there was a “meeting of the minds”, payment would have been collected at the conclusion of the appointment). I was later billed for said fee. When calling to dispute the fee, the young lady who answered the phone in the accounts receivable department was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will also add that my unit needed to be replaced and the prices quoted were almost 2x more than their competitor. The competitor installed 2 new hvac systems for slightly more than the cost of 1 system with Scenic City.
As nice a young man as I’ve ever had do any kind of work in my home. Very respectful, very good listener, answered all my questions. Thank you scenic city heat & Air!! I’ve found my heat & Air company that I trust!
This was hands down the best service I’ve ever received in the Ooltewah area. Max came out and walked me through the potential issue. He looked up my A/C manufacturing warranty, ordered the part and scheduled the repair in a matter of a couple of days. My AC is running like brand new. Loved the service. Not using anyone else going forward.
Jim was very professional, got the job done. Scenic city was very fast and responded very quickly because I had no AC. I told them I had an autoimmune disease and I couldn’t be in the heat and they sent someone very quickly to fix my air unit. They were a lifesaver.

Excellent work installing my new mini split! Aaron and Josh were so efficient and polite and they cleaned up everything afterwards. They took the time to show me how the remote works. Kudos Scenic City!!😊😊😊

We needed our AC fixed asap . The new owner of Scenic City Heating & Air was eager to met and exceed our expectations by getting the job done no matter what it took to do it.
Max, Aaron, and Jim came out and evaluated our system which had issues. It was determined that the wiring and motherboard were fried and connections were melted which shut down the system altogether. Max then came out and reevaluated our problem and it was determined that a new Heating and Air System we're needed. He checked with their suppliers and found exactly what we needed and even took the time to drive to the supplier and pick up our new system as opposed to having to wait a week for the supplier to deliver it to them.
After the installation a minor issue arose which meant I had to call and request assistance at 10:00 pm. Jonathan, was dispatched immediately to our home and took care of the moisture issue and had us up and running within an hour. Problem solved however, it took someone who had knowledge of and was able to think outside the box to address and correct an unusual situation that occurred. Within an hour he had us up and operational with all issues taken care of!
The bottom line they went out of their way to make sure we were safe and warm, especially since the temperature was 27* Max went to his company warehouse and brought back two (2) safe new heaters to help us through the next two days while they were getting out the new system and then installing it.
Max and his associates went the extra yard for us! They were kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient in our time of strife and concerns
